I'm In War Right Now When I Think Of David And How I Miss Him. He Is An Army Man Like Me But He Isn't Recruited Right Now. I Shoot An Enemy And They Fall Down.
I Shoot At Another But Miss. I Try To Shoot But It Doesn't Work. I Struggle To Get It To Work When I Get Shot In The Chest. I Get Shot Again And I Fall Down.
"Solider Down!" I Hear A Solider Yell. A Friend Runs To Me And Holds My Wounds And I Wince. "It Will Be Ok Liza" She Says. I Wince And I Feel Dizzy Before It Goes Black...
David's POV:
I Sit And Watch The TV When Someone Knocks On My Door. I Get Up And Go To Answer It. I Look And I See An Army Man Standing There And I Get Worried.
"David Dobrik?" He Asks And I Nod. "I'm Afraid Liza Got Injured During The War And Had To Leave Early" He Says. "Is She Ok?" I Ask.
"She Is At LA Hospital Right Now So You Can Visit Her But Wear The Army Suit Because Your Basically Addressing A Fellow Soldier So You Should Dress In Your Uniform" He Says And I Nod.
He Leaves And I Go And Change Into My Army Suit. I Go To The Hospital And I Go To Reception. She Looks At Me With Surprise. "How May I Help You?"She Asks.
"I'm Here To See Liza Koshy" I Say. "Room 252" She Says And I Nod. I Go To Her Room And I Go In. I See Bandages On Her Chest And She Is Slightly Pale.
She Has A Tube In Her Nose And Is Obviously Still Unconscious. I Carefully Take Her Hand And Hold It. She Moves A Little But Doesn't Wake Up.
A Doctor Comes In But Is Obviously Surprised When He Sees Me. "Are You Related To Ms. Koshy?" He Asks And I Nod. "I'm Her Boyfriend" I Say.
"Ok Well She May End Up Paralyzed Sadly.." He Says And I Nod. Liza Moves More Before Slowly Opening Her Eyes. She Winces And The Doctor Gives Her Some Medicine To Help Her.
"Thanks" She Says And He Nods Before Leaving. She Slowly Looks At Me And Smiles. "D..David" She Says And I Chuckle. "Yeah, It's Me Liza" I Say.
"T..Thanks For Coming" She Says And I Nod. She Looks At The Bandages And Sighs. "What Did They Say?" She Asks. "You Might End Up..Paralyzed." I Say.
She Looks At Me Shocked And Sad. We Give Each Other A Kiss And I Call Gabbie To Let Her Know What's Happening. She Soon Gets Here And Hugs Liza.
Liza Hugs Back And Comforts A Now Crying Gabbie. After She Calms Down We Sit And Catch Her Up On What Happened.
After A While She Is Able To Go Home And I End Up Recruited But Gabbie Stays With Her And Helps Her Heal While I'm Gone. She Has No Feeling In Her Legs Right Now Which Worries Me.
After Being In War For 8 Months I Get To Go Home And I Do. I Remember Texting Gabbie To See If They're Going Anywhere Tomorrow And She Says To A Restaurant With The Others.
She Asked Why But I Didn't Reply. I Get To The Restaurant And I Go In. I See Them Talking With The Others And I See Liza In Her Wheelchair Still.
I Walk To Them And The Ones Facing Me Gasp. Gabbie And Liza Are The Only Ones Not Facing Me. Gabbie Faces Me And Gasps As Well.
"What?" Liza Asks. Gabbie Turns Her Wheelchair And She Gasps And I See Tears Go Down Her Face. She Rolls Her Wheelchair To Me And I Hug Her And She Hugs Back. We Share A Passionate Kiss As Well.
We Go Back To The Table And I Sit Next To Her And Hold Her Hand. Once We're Done We Go Home And Gabbie Says Bye To Liza Before Going Back To Her House.
I Being Her Inside And She Says She Has A Surprise For Me. She Leaves The Room And I Sit Down And Wait. After A Few Minutes I Hear A Quiet "I'm Back."
I Look And I See Her Standing There. I Stand Up And She Slowly Tarts Walking To Me But Once She's Close Enough She Grabs My Arm For Support.
"Liza! Your Standing And Waking Again!" I Say With Joy. "Surprise" She Says. I Smile And We Share A Passionate Kiss...
