I lay in my queen size bed, my sheets are a mess and half of my body hung off the bed. My window was fully open, making the curtains blow open. I groaned and shoved my face into my pillow, avoiding any sun light what so ever. I realised that I couldn't go back to sleep, so I slumped out of my bed and walked to my kitchen. Making some earl grey tea to wake my senses up.

I never liked the taste of coffee, too strong. But tea was sweet and yet bitter at the same time. I turned the kettle on and leaned over the bench, looking forward. I looked at the blank wall, just a blank, white, typical wall. I need a painting there. Other wise, I'll go mad...
I shake my head as I heard the kettle done being boiled. I lifted it and pour hot water into the mug as steam rose from the hot substance. As I waited for the tea to cool, I decided to have a quick shower.

After the shower and the cup of tea, I was fully dressed and ready for the day. I might as well drive around. Nothing else to do. Yeah, because you lost your job.
I shook my head and ran my hands through my brown hair and heavily sighed. I recently lost my job at a book store. I was arriving "too late" and got the sack. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later. I'm not a outgoing person.

But, a new neighbor moved in a week ago. I've seen Ber briefly playing out the front with a cat. Strange. She had the most luscious black hair that flowed in the chilly wind. She had beautiful pale skin that completed her green eyes. She was a beautiful women and I've only seen her a few times. I dared not to speak to her. My timid self would drop right in front of her.
I shook my head and ran my hand through it. The soft texture of my hair relaxed me. I reboiled the kettle and made yet another cup of tea, holding it in my warm palms.

"I could've sworn I've seen her before..."

My eyes starred into nothingness as her face covered my vision. I'm head was hurting as I shook my head yet again.
I wanted to know who she was, to become friends. Would it be weird?
I shook my head in frustration, taking a sip of my tea. I instantly regretted it as I spat out the cold liquid.

"Cold tea..." I mumbled, "no point in drinking that." Talking to myself as I poured in down the sink.

After that, I decided to pay my new neighbor a visit. I buzzed with excitement as I dashed into my room, taking of my shirt and putting on a more decent one, along with a blue sweater. My jeans lay on my bed. I  grabbed them and fell over trying to pit them on.

I did so and as I was about to walk out, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I saw how terrible my hair was messy as hell. I ruffled it side to side, and once I was satisfied, I walked out the door to greet the neighbor.
