chapter 5 - Rabbit Food

[Heyy guys soo sorry this one took so long to get up! And I was kinda half asleep when I wrote most of this so sorry if it's kinda jumbled up! haha :) Just wanna let you know again that I don't hate Danielle, just so there's no confusion! Think of it this way I guess; if you were in love with a guy, and another girl just came out of no where and took him away from you and you knew he loved her, not you how would you act towards her?? haha, the next chapter will defiantly be up soon, promise!!]

You lead yourself outside into the cold winter’s air. You decide to go in Zayn's car with Fimi and Louis to avoid the awkwardness of Liam and Danielle. Harry on the other hand isn't so lucky; he has no choice and is lodged in between them in Niall's car as there is no more room in Zayn's. Louis and Fimi have already secured the back seats, so you take the passenger seat next to Zayn. You look behind you to see Fimi quite comfortably positioned on Louis chest with his arms grappled around her.

The motion of the car makes you slightly nauseous as Zayn Louis and Fimi sing to what seems like hours of Louis' soundtrack which mostly consisted of Adele and Whitney Houston. You join in for a few bars, but everyone in the car was completely amazing, and then there was you, who sounded like a dying walrus... you stopped your failed attempt at singing and looked out the window. The white fluffy snow looked so beautiful, you love the snow, it reminds you of your childhood. Your parents making a snow man, you brother James pushing Harry into the snow, your sister Leah complaining it was too cold. She is a worry that one, she complains about EVERYTHING she claims that one day she will move somewhere hot like California and become a Victoria’s Secret model, or live in the playboy mansion, you only hoped she was joking about that one...

Your attention is instantly diverted when you hear a particular song play through the radio, you listen to the lyrics and familiar voice, it was 'more than this' by none other than one direction! You choke back the tears as you sing some of the lyrics

You'd listen to this song at least a thousand times, but now is the only time it's had such a big impact on you. The fight between you and your emotions quickly ends and a flood on tears escape your eyes. Zayn can see you're upset from the corner of his eye

"maybe we should change the song..." he states while pressing the shuffle button. The next song that plays is 'I will always love you' by Whitney Houston, that wasn't really much better than the last. Zayn quickly press the button again, but to his surprise the next song was 'I wish' by again, one direction, you listen closely to the lyrics

"But I see you with him slow dancing Tearing me apart Cause you don't see Whenever you kiss him I'm breaking, Oh how I wish that was me"

by this stage you probably look extremely distraught, Zayn again quickly presses the shuffle button. But every song keeps getting more and more depressing, Zayn is starting to get frustrated

"Damn you Tomlinson, why are these all depressing songs??" he asks Louis, Zayn is still shuffling to find a happy up beat song, but he isn't having much luck, actually the sight of his struggling is quite funny.
