One Last Goodbye

Chapter Seven

Ariel's POV

The Nerf gun war was a blast. After the war we all went to Taco Bell to eat. “Thanks for going out there when I got hit" Sam tells me. “Anytime. Friends help each other out right." I reply. “Right friends" he says thought his teeth.

We all ordered and sat down. “So Jc when you going to ask Ariana out." I ask him while Ariana went to the bathroom. “Soon. Hopefully." he starts to blush. We then finish eating and drive to the beach.

Sam's POV

When we got to the beach I pulled Ariana away from the group. Both Jc and Ariel looked at us with weird, confused, and a bit sad faces. “I need to talk to you." I start to say. “Shoot" she says. “Ever since I saw you and Ariel walk through the door Ariel stayed stuck in my head day and night. I wanted to ask you if she likes me too?" “Oh my god yes she does. Ever since that day she talked about you non stop." she says with a huge smile on her face. “So if I ask her out she would say yes?" I ask. “Oh my god Yes!!!" she says screaming and everyone turns to look at us.

We walk back and I ask Ariel if she wants to take a walk. She looks at me then at Ariana. Ariana gives her a smile and we leave. I finally get the courage to say “Ariel.... Since I,um, saw you walk through the door I could not get you out of my head. You where the first and last person I thought of.. And I wanted to know if you want to be my girlfriend???" “Yes Yes Yes a million times Yes!!!!" she says excited.

Jc's POV

Sam takes Ariana away, and I don't know for what. Can he like her as well? Instead of getting worried I ask Ricky “Do you know why Sam took Ariana away?"  “No, he never told me anything." he answers me. We then all hear Ariana screaming “Oh my god Yes!!" Ricky then says “Sounds to me like he just asked her out."

I then see them walk back and Sam asks Ariel if she wanted to take a walk. They then leave and I go up to Ariana. “What did Sam tell you that you screamed?" I ask her. “Oh to see if Ariel likes him too. And if he should ask her out." She answers. I finally felt relieved.

Ariana's POV

We start getting ready to leave but Ariel and Sam are still not back. “I'll be back i'm going to go find Ariel and Sam." I say. I start to walk the same way they did. I then hear someone calling out my name. “Is it ok if I go with you?" Jc asks me. “Yea sure." I say. We start to walk and next thing I know we are holding hands. I don't do anything about it.

We then see Ariel and Sam making out. Jc looks at me with a devious smile, I smile back and we run and scare them. They jump off the rock they were on and into the ocean. Me and Jc start laughing. After we helped them get out we made our way back to the car. Ariel starts pulling me a bit back. “You will never believe what happened!!” she says. “Sam asked you out." I tell her. She smiles and blushes and then she hugs me. I totally forgot she was still wet.

We finally get to the car and we drive back to the boys house. When we got there and Sam takes Ariel to change. Conner then walks up to me and says “Want to go to the park with me tomorrow?" I think about it for a while and finally say “Yes."
