One Last Goodbye

Chapter Eight

Jc's POV

When we got to the house I pulled Conner to the side. “Hey Con can you do me a favor?" I asked him. “Yeah sure what is it" he answered me. “Do you think you can take Ariana to the park tomorrow I have a surprise for her?" I say. “Sure but what kind of surprise are you talking about?" he asks. I look at him with the biggest smile on my face and say “I'm going to ask her out!"

When we go in Ariel and Sam went to get changed out of there wet close. I try to find Conner so he can ask her. I finally spot him. I give him a head nod so he knows that he should go ask her.

Conner's POV

Why does Jc want to ask her out? Why? Does he even like her as a girlfriend? I got a little mad when he told me this.. but I decided to put my feelings to the side.. Jc did meet her first.

I see Jc give me a nod and that was my cue. “Want to go to the park with me tomorrow?" I ask her. She thinks about it for a while and looks at Jc then me again “Sure" she answers me.

Sam and Ariel then come out to the living room where everyone was. “Ready to leave Ariel?" I hear Ariana say behind me. “No I want to spend the night here!" she says. “Why don't you stay here too?" Jc asks her. “No thank you. I think with Ariel is all you need. Keep her safe she gets a bit crazy." she says laughing. Ariel looks at her with an annoyed face. We all say bye to her and then she was gone.

Ariana's POV

I wake up to a text from Conner.

(Text Conversation)

Conner: Rise and shine cutie! Park 6?

Ariana: Good morning Conner! Yea sure see you then.

I look at the time and see it is barley 1pm. So I text Ariel and ask her if she wanted to met for coffee. She said yes, she will see me in a hour. I get in the shower. When I got out I dried my hair and straighten it. I then put on a black and white tank top and put on jean overalls over it with a pair of black sandals.

I get my sunglasses and my car keys and head towards Starbucks. When I got there Ariel was not there yet so I ordered my coffee and waited. Five minutes later she arrives with Sam and they are holding hands. It was the cutest thing ever.

“Hey I hope you don't mind I brought Sam with me?" she says. “No its fine. You guys look cute together." I start to see Ariel and Sam blush. Sam went to order their coffee and me and Ariel stayed at the table. “Did you stop by your house first?" I ask. “Yes! How did you know." she said laughing. She was wearing the new clothes she got when we went to the mall.

Sam comes back with the coffees and we stay and talk for a while. “What are you doing today?" Sam ask me with a big smile on his face. “Go to the park with Conner. Why? I asked with curiosity in my voice. “I was just asking." He say while looking at Ariel. We talked for over 3 hours. I look at my phone and see its already 4:30. “Hey I should go. I have to get ready, see you guys later love you guys bye. I say as I get up. “Bye" they both say at the same time.

Jc's POV

I was at the park getting everything ready and waiting for Conner's text. I was getting so scared everything will fall apart. I then see Sam and Ariel arrive. “Nice for you guys to join us." I say to them. “Sorry man we were at Starbucks with Ariana." Sam says. “Yea she just went home to get ready to come here." Ariel said. That got me more nerves then I already was.

“Can you guys please all come and take a card. Thank you" I say to everyone there. They all come towards the box and take one. They all looked at the letter and made there way to there stops. I then get a text from Conner saying they are here.

Conner's POV

Ariana comes to the house on time. I open the door and she looked beautiful. She was wearing a black and white long sleeve dress. “Ready to go?" I say after a while of silence. “Yeah. Let's go." she says smiling.

We walk towards my car and get in. “Excited?" I ask to brake the silence we had for the past 10 minutes. “More like nerves!" she says chuckling a bit. When we finally get to the park I text Jc to tell him we are here. He tells me there is a golf cart waiting.

When we get to the golf cart there is a blind fold with a note. The note said ‘Put it on her.' So I did. “What is this for Conner?" she asks as I put it on her. “You will see. Just trust me." I say. And by the look on her face it looked like she didn't. We get the place and I see everyone in place. I go and take mine. “Take it off!" I scream.

She takes it off and we all flip our cards. The cards spelled ‘Will You Be My Girlfriend? -J' Then Jc comes out the middle and walks towards her. “Will you?" we hear him say. And before she could answer we hear a voice saying “No you are mine Jc Caylen!" we turn and see Lizvette.
