¨Welcome to your first day of torture at Sparta High School."I pretend to use an announcers voice as I walk Maeleena into the school. She giggles. Luke walks up behind us.
"Yes welcome, welcome. What are your thoughts about your first day at the new school."I laugh and push Luke out of the way.
"Good morning to you too, idiot" I say. "Long time no see doof." He can't help but always look adorable.
"Good morning." He still hasn't stopped using his announcers voice.
"Well I'm hoping that there is at least one person in this place that isn't as completely insane as you two at this point." She makes a very fair point.
"You mean someone like me?" Ha. You wish Syrus.
"Very funny but I'm pretty sure you are just as crazy as those two." He shrugs.
"Hey I'm not as crazy as the rest of them."
"Oh hi Hayden. Look, I finally found someone who is at least somewhat sane." I put on my pouty face and so does Luke.
"What, you think were that bad?" I pretend to flutter my eyelashes.
"Yes, yes I do." Well I'm pretty sure it's true at least.
"And welcome, to homeroom." Wow. He sounds really stupid.
"Hey doofus, turn off the announcer's voice." I say.
"Fine." He says in a high pitched, sharp voice. I roll my eyes and mutter "idiot" under my breath.
"Cmon genius the door is this way." Luke almost walked past the classroom, pulling Syrus and Hayden with him.
The boys(being their idiot self's) pretended to walk into the glass panel next to the door
Marleena brings up her sarcasm this time. "Alright kindergarteners, lets go this way." She leads Hayden and Luke through the door and I grab Sy's Hand and we walk into the classroom together.
The teacher looks up at us and shakes her head a little. We sit down but we have no intention of listening. The five of us sit down and I notice my old friend Caleb sitting across the room. Hmmmm. I haven't talked to him in a while. Maybe I should invite him to hang out with us sometime.
"Annnnie. Oh annnie. Are you there?" Crap. I zoned out again.
"Sorry guys. I zoned out again."
"Yeah we noticed." Hayden joked.
"Hey it's partly your fault. You guys let me spend way too much time in my own head." I joke.
They laughs little too loud and the teacher looks at us. Then she rests her eyes on Maeleena and an idea seems to pop into her head.
"Ladies and gentlemen, it has come to my attention that we have a new student." Mae groans next to me. "Would you like to introduce yourself, Miss Gram?" Mae mutters a not really under her breath but stands up anyway.
"Hi everyone. My name is Maeleena Gram and I just moved in this weekend. I live in the blue house across from Annie's. Annie is my new best friend and I'm glad she invoted me in.
When she sits back down I whisper, "I'm glad I did too. Without you I'd be stuck with these three idiots all the time." She laughs and the boys give me their best death glares. I give them The eyebrow look back and they have to look away to keep themselves from laughing.
"So where is everyone headed after this?"
"Social Studies." We say in unison.
"They matched your schedule to mine so we have all the same classes." I explained. Then I grinned.
