He'd like to see that smile more often, hopefully inside and outside the stands around the ring he fought in.

After their morning coffee, Natsu tried to casually tell Levy in the most calm tone that Lucy was taking the day off because of him. That made the blunette break into screaming, waving her arms around while striding back and forth.

Levy purses out her lips, eyeing Natsu, "I'll be watching you, and oh my!" She fake-gasped, pretending to cover her mouth. "What would Lisanna think?"

Natsu was sometimes an idiot to actually remember that 'oh yeah, I do have a girlfriend that's been with me for almost two years.'

"She's probably out with a friend right now, I'll deal with her later," Natsu shrugged his shoulders. He was still pissed about her refusing to show up last night, and honestly he needed a break. A long break.

Levy groaned at the thought of the short-haired whitenette. "She binged me with rage texts saying she was with Bickslow because you never contacted her. She only texts me when she has meaningless shit to complain about."

He checked his phone out of habit, waiting for Lucy to change out of her work clothes. "She expects me to do everything."

Levy clapped her hands together and pointed them towards him. "Just DUMP her."

"We've been dating for almost-"

"Two years, yada yada yada nobody cares," Levy sassed, rolling her eyes. "She's always with Bicks, way more than with you. She's been doing that for a long time now."

His fingers formed a fist, becoming a little frustrated. "So?"

"It's fucking wrong to do that, Natsu. Get it through your thick skull, Lisanna's been seeing someone new for a reason." Levy took a step forward, not even remotely intimidated by the fuming pinkette. Her boyfriend was way taller and broader than him, so this was nothing. "She's interested in his life too, talking to him more than you, come on!"

"It's not a big deal to have a new friend." Natsu gritted, glaring down in her eyes.

Levy smirked, catching Natsu off guard. A finger jabbed him in the chest, the nail lightly piercing his skin. "Isn't that what you've started doing?" She cockily asked.

A satisfied smile grew on her face as Natsu took a sharp breath, knowing she had him cornered like a rookie in the ring. Both of them knew she was right.

Natsu was saved when Lucy came back out in her sweats and a white turtle neck, her hair fixed up in another different messy bun. "Sorry If I took a while," She sweatdropped.

"Oh girl, I think you were too fast." Levy replied, making sure to give Natsu a you-just-got-lucky glare. She crossed her arms to keep herself from strangling the young man.

"That means more time on our hands, see ya later," Natsu quickly said, motioning to Lucy to follow him. He propped the door open with his foot, taking one last look at Levy.

He grumbled, knowing that she'd be up on his ass later. That last question threw him off, the precise words twisting an uncomfortable knot in his chest.

Seeing somebody new...

He usually shook off and didn't care what people tried pointing out in him, especially that damned short blunette. Words weren't sticks and stones, insults barely clicked.
