I realized something.....
Hamilton saved my life.
I started listening to Hamilton on my own, but it basically saved me. I was always sad and thought I wasn't good enough sometimes before I started listening to it. I was always sad because I was bullied and I had no friends to back me up. That's because they all hung out with one of the bullies and were her "friends" but didn't really like her yet still acted like they were friends.
I discovered Hamilton and my life changed overnight. First, I met someone on my bus who liked it and we would listen on the bus together. Then I meet a girl in my class that I knew but didn't know they liked it and I hung out with them enough to make them realize what a jerk that the bully was so that made two friends, but it was enough to pick me up because then I joined with a bunch of other people and there were like 6 of us and it was one of the best parts of my year. Then another friend of the second friend I had made started listening to Hamilton and we all sung all PE and I was so much happier in the course of maybe a week then I had been for the past month. I wish I could see my guidance counselor now, and tell her how much better my life has gotten and tell her all of my crazy stories. Especially this one. I hated the bullies, there were 3, and we hares each other. Then ONE of the bullies tried to act like she was into Hamilton to get her friends back but failed. At this point, I was no longer alone at lunch. The 3 bullies still bullied me but I was stronger now and are to ignore them. The end of the school year couldn't have come sooner for me. I was ready to go where nobody knew me and my past, so I spent all summer getting ready and now, here I stand. I have a squad of friends and I love my new puppy i got in June. Thank you to all of the friends that I made and my guidance counselor for helping me through my rough time.
