Mission: Ring?

"Come on Chase breath," He said to himself, "You're the smartest man in the world, plus you've already got the girl pregnant proposing can't be that hard. I think I'm gonna throw up."

Chase crouches over trying to catch his breath as Bree walks in.

"Woah Chase are you okay?"

"Uh, yeah, just catching my breath."

"Oh my gosh! Chase is that a ring?" Bree squealed.

"Yeah, I'm going to propose to Ava."

"Aw that's so sweet! Wait. You're not doing this just because she is pregnant right?"

"No! Of course not, I really love her. The baby's just a bonus." Chase smiled like a little kid on Christmas.

"Ha, okay Chase if this is what you really want."

"It is. I wouldn't want it any other way."

"Alright Chase. Here we go. She will say yes right? Of course she will she is carrying your child. But that's not the only reason she will say yes right? Course not come on Chase get your mind away from the bad and think of all the good times you had together just think of that and everything will be fine. Right?"

"Chase?"

"Oh, uh, Ava, Hi!"

"Chase you okay? You seem a little distraught?"

"Yeah I'm fine don't worry about me, oh uh I think I hear Bree calling me, gotta run."

"Chase, Bree is teaching her class right now."

"Oh did I say Bree? I meant Tasha."

"Tasha went back to the mainland. Why are you lying to me?"

"I'm not I just have to go okay."

With that Chase kisses her head and runs off, leaving Ava raged and confused.

"Okay Chase, I am getting really sick of this!"

"Sick of what Av?"

"This! We haven't talked in 2 days! Every time I come near you, you figure out a way to run away again. Just be honest with me Chase do you not want this baby?"

"What? Ava of course I want this baby! I would never run out on you or my child. I promise I will tell you soon, just give me a little more time. You have to trust me on this."

"Okay, don't make me regret it."

"I won't I promise."

Later That Night...

Ava spent most of her night in the classroom area with Spin and Bob. Never really getting a chance to do anything else since they really just wouldn't leave her alone. But now she was finally getting time to herself and decided to go to her and Chase's special spot, with the little knowledge of Chase waiting for her.

As she walks in she sees Chase, standing there almost like he planned something.

"Hey Chase."

"Hello Ava."

"Chase, is there something wrong? I mean you have been acting so weird recently and I'm really starting to get worried."

"No everything is fine, I really just haven't been doing anything today, I was mainly watching movies up in the mentors quarters. Most of them were musicals cause that was all that was on TV. But I have been thinking really hard about something and it's taken me a while to plan and gain the courage to do this, but here goes nothing."

"What are you talking about."

Chase pulled out his phone and hits play on his music and begins to sing.

Ava gave a confused face as Chase stood up. Until she saw the ring he was pulling out of his pocket. She covered her mouth as she let out a soft gasp.
