Split timeline: Absolute Deformation

Chapter 1

I walked towards the ledge of the mountain beneath my feet, listening to the portal shut forever. I fell on my knees, our operation, our world gone and replaced by a huge mansion of Delusion's accomplishments of changing our history. "The hell happened? W-why did this happen?" I said lifting off my knees and began jumping off the ledge. My power to fly was still enabled, like my powers were not stripped. I floated down towards the ground below, then landed on my feet. I could see the lights of the musical mansion, the spot lights flashed above the trees that were before me. The ground I was standing looked more like dust than anything. It was like life was destroyed to build that huge mansion that covered that landscape. Then someone bumped into me. We fell onto the ground. "Sory, i--" The girl's voice stopped. "L-Link?" I shook my head and looked at the person who knocked into me. It was Nicky, her ears twitched and she smiled. She wrapped her arms around me giving me a huge hug and said, "I've been looking for you, you disappeared for a few months and we didn't know what happened," Then sirens echoed towards us, she got up and helped me up in a quickly manner.

She pulled me into the trees when I got to me feet. We stood in silence, after a minute or two, huge multiple footsteps entered our area. One of them said, "You lost the damn girl! How the hell did you get the rank you're in!?" Then a light flashed, we were low towards the ground watching within the darkness. Delusion came on screen, "Sargent, what the hell are you doing?" The one who spoke before clasped his legs together and gave a solute, "Sorry sir, a bit of a problem. That cat girl is a speedy one, lost her within the trees. Like I said sorry," he said. Delusion sighed, "Continue looking for the girl, she can't find that bastard Link," then the screen vanished in a blur. Then they left. We got up and walked out into the moonlight, Nicky was wearing ragged clothing, it seemed they were not washed in days. She grabbed my arm, "We got to go now," she said. Then we sprinted away from the area...

It was like yesterday that we were fixing this, now I'm in a part of History that wasn't supposed to happen. Our group was watching me jump through time and fix parts of History, but now in this fixed part we're supposedly hiding, this gained knowledge was from Nicky. We stopped between two buildings in an alleyway of some sorts. Nicky looked out into the street, barely letting the moon hit her. It seemed she was used to doing this, like this has been happening for more than a couple months. Nicky moved back and we watched guards run past us. After they left, we moved out onto the streets and entered a building. Nicky let me in first and she shut the door and locked it firmly. I turned away from the door and when Nicky flipped a switch, a row of lights echoed throughout the room. Giving live to the building. ---I wonder what happened here...what happened between the timeline? Nicky grabbed my arm and we walked towards a hallway and entered it. I looked around while Nicky was guiding me through the hallway. Lab lights strobe the hallway, doors that seemed from a lab were here too. We stopped at a door, the name that was placed on the wall beside the door was "Command Center". She knocked in a secrete way, like how speakeasies were used. Then the door slid towards the left. We entered, computers were lined up in a circular formation in the back of the rom and lit up somewhat of a person. The person in the chair in front of the computers had blonde hair that flowed down the back of the chair.

"Any information?" a female voice came from the person and sound familiar. "Y-yes, turn around I've got something to show you." The person sighed, "Is this one of your presents again," she turned slowly around while talking, "Like I said making robots of him isn't..." she was fully turned around staring at me like she hasn't seen me in years. "L-Link...?" Her blue eyes that was lit in the light had tears streaming down them. She was wearing a t-shirt that was partially ripped at the stomach region, her skirt was plaid and was ripped slightly and the bottom. Her face was covered in dirt and had tears streaming down. She stood up slowly and walked slowly towards the metal railing, "L-Link..." ---Zelda, what happened here, why is this place like this? I couldn't speak these words, my body was refraining from saying anything. She walked down a ramp towards us and she stopped little ways from us. Then she flew fast at me, I blocked her attack. Her fist was still against my arm, "It's really you, you always blocked that attack no matter how much I practice." She removed her fist and placed her arm and unclasped her hand from a fist and placed it on her side. I did the same. We stood a little ways from each other, she was almost as tall as me, just a smidge smaller. She was also as skinny as me. "Link..." she was still speechless and more tears fell. She walked towards me and stopped, I could feel the heat resignation from her body. She hugge me tightly, she placed her head on my shoulder and hid her eyes.
