*Flashback continues...*

I ran towards her and hugged with my heart ful of love. In return she kissed my forehead firmly.
I also found a large size pizza box in her hand.

She was the only girl who bought pizza for funeral. But she also know what i really needed!!
Along with dad we had pizza together and she also placed me in her lap till morning.

Next day morning she prepared food and packed my school bag. And then by evening we played Ludo, Hide & Seek games.
She was the girl who awake till mid-night to do all house hold stuff and her studies.

Days & weeks passed quickly to years. I slowly started forgot my mom's memories and Kate was also moved to Texas from Califonia . It was happiest years of my life.

We had a joyful Christmas nights, funniest Halloween & incredible New year eve.
She was the one who complete my life.
She teach me every thing from subjects to how to tie shoe lase.

Our days filled with contentment untill the horrible day came...
That was winter days, i asked my dad to take me to Califonia for Christmas holidays. Initially he resist but Kate some how get his approval.

We had numerous adventures like trekking, sky diving, paddling in beach. I haven't found dad was these much adventure-philic guy.
We enjoyed a lot. Later in evening Kate went to her friends flat to met her old mates.

I was waiting in hotel room for her since she promised of taking me to famous restaurant that night.
I also bought her favourite book "A walk to remember" by Nicholas Sparks. I was planned to gave it this dinner.

All at the end, we only get a call from Califonia city hospital.

They informed us about the cab which she took get engaged in a accident with a bus. She was admitted at a serious condition.

Our total world get collapsed in one day my dad shattered into pieces. But i believed it will be minor accident and soon she will be recovered .

We reach the hospital but the staff doesn't allow us to see her. They told it was major accident and she had a glass pieces all over her body.

They also informed about operation in her spinal cord since a large glass scratched the inner linning of her neck. My father signed all the formalities.

I could able to understand my dad's situation bcoz after three years again the tremendous situation. I also remember the doctor words it's a rare type of case and the operation has only 3% chance of recovery.

I could feel the tension in the room. By next morning the operation was done but the doctor said her pulse rate getting retarded slowly.

It was too hard for me to understand the doctor consolidation but once he left my dad busted out of tears.
Then he rushed me into the room where Kate face was covered with white bandages and blood marks & scars over her body.

My dad hold her hand which lined by a pipe near the digitalized monitor.He was crying aloud and saying don't leave us like your mom.

After your mom died you're the only love we have in our life. Don't leave us.. Come to me my girl...
Don't left your brother and me alone.. You're the only hope we have in our life...

Slowly water run from her eyes to her cheeks. Then i could able to understand, she was leaving us permanently. My eyes welled in tears. I cried heavily and keep on calling her name Kate..

Later she moved her fingers to hold my hands. I touched her hand and moved closed to her. She slowly whisper Mark!!

Yes sissy?? I replied in swallow eyes.

I won't go anywhere, i always there in your memories and i will
Come back in your life again.
I love you Mark...
I love you dad...

Slowly peaks in monitor change to straight line.
