*Alex POV*
As I was filling the tank. I was scrolling through my instagram feed. I was waiting for the girls to come back. The tank had finally filled up, and all left was Amaya and Sabrina and we were off to the border.
They had been in the store for no less than 8 minutes. I went back to looking at my feed. As I heard the door bell ring I closed the tanks lid and proceeded to open the drivers door.
That is until I heard Sabrina yelling my name. There I saw maya lying on the floor. I ran as fast as I could to them. That is when I realized Maya bleeding, she must have hit her head pretty hard. Trying to calm the situation, Sabrina was frantically pacing back and forth, not knowing what to do. Maya was losing consciousness, all I could say was to stay awake. But when she saw the blood, she lost it. She had blacked out. I turned to see this gorgeous man standing behind me.
"We have to get her to the hospital or she'll bleed out. I can help if you want." The man had spoken.
"You clearly don't want to see your beloved friend die and I know a hospital nearby so can we get moving." He says clearly seeing how me and Sabrina are so dumbfounded
As he picked up Maya's petite body I ran to the car and opened the door. It took us now longer than 10 minuets to get to the hospital.
*2 hours later*
We had no news of Maya yet and Sabrina was silently sobbing in my arms. The mysterious man has been sitting her as well with us waiting for some news.
"Familia de Maya Villanueva" the doctor and spoke up.
"Yes that's us doctor, how is she?" I quickly said.
"She is doing better, the force of the hit caused her to open her head. She lost a lot of blood but she is stable now. In a couple of minutes you will be able to see her in room 13B."
As we rush to see her I see her man walking behind us as well.
"I feel as if the guy is responsible for Maya's accident, she was so distracted buy him she didn't see where she was going." Sabrina says whispering, as low as possible o the man would hear.
As we entered Maya's room, we saw she was asleep, looking so delicate. My poor baby. As we went in she began to move in her bed. She had opened her eyes and smiled weakly.
"Hey guys." She says so quietly.
"Hija de la chingada, que Asusto nos diste." Sabrina says quickly embarrassed as to acknowledging the presence of the man.
" I'm sorry guys I didn't as distracted and I wasn't paying attention but hey on the bright side I'm good. A little hurt but good.
"You should give a thanks to this man right here. If it weren't for him, we wouldn't have gotten you to hospital on time. " I say pointing he handsome man.
He was taken back a little by my sudden acknowledgement of him but he stored forward.
"I just wanted to make sure you were okay. God knows what could have happened if I wasn't there to help." He says. Holy shit his ducking voice is like an orgasm I thought to myself.
Maya was red and a tomato and more than usual. She was trying to speak but no words came out.
"She means thank you. And also what is your name" Sabrina asks. Ay va de puta.
"My name is Santiago, Santiago Escobar." He says looking straight at Maya
