V walked over and saw that same bench. It was funny that he suddenly came here again. To the park. It’s been three months. Since he saw Y/N. He actually never forgot her. That fateful day when they met. V sat down on the wooden polished seat. It was a hot summer day, and he was sweating. Everything was still. No one was here today. They are probably all going on vacation, going to different countries, forgetting about the beautiful garden park. But of course V didn’t forget. He cherished it so much. He loved the smell. He loved the sound of birds. The vines that were grown onto the bushes and fences. He just didn’t have enough time to be there. It had been three months of busy schedules, and he didn’t have all the time he wanted. He wasn’t sure if Y/N has been to the park at all. He wanted to see her.

V straightened his shirt and looked at his watch. It was 12:34, a beautiful afternoon. He looked at the beautiful fountain. The water was clear and flowing. The stone that it was made of was carved with precision. Nothing made him feel more alive. Because his monotonous life never found this place until that time ago. He looked around at the flowers around the beautiful fountain. It decorated it, like a flower crown. His eyes rested on one delicate flower out of the other bunch. One that was much too similar to the one that Y/N had picked out those three months before. V slowly stood up and reached for the pink rose. He plucked it from its place and held it in his hand, being cautious of the thorns. He twirled it around. He understood why Y/N liked it so much. Because of the color. The thing he didn’t understand was her on and off color blindness. It was weird. He hoped she got better though. And he hoped that she at least considered him as a friend.

V sat back down, looking at the rest of the flowers. He never enjoyed flowers like this before. It was so… He didn’t know how to describe it… Probably meaningful… V stared at the flower until he started thinking about deep things. Being at such a peaceful place made him like this. He was descending into daydreaming, but he was suddenly was shook off from his trance. He heard footsteps, and looked up. He saw a girl, walking into the garden’s section, not noticing him. She wore a grey cardigan and a ripped jeans. V figured out who she was right away. Because she held a pink rose, a sketchpad, and had the same (h/c) hair.

“Y/N?” V said, looking at the girl with hope.

That girl looked up at V. “Kim Taehyung?”

V looked at the girl and smiled. “You know you can call me V, right?”

Y/N shook her head and smiled as well. “I call you what I want to call you.”

V patted the empty space next to him on the bench. “Sit with me,” he said.

Y/N walked over to him with the pink rose in her hands. She smiled even wider when she noticed the exact same pink rose in V’s hand. “And you said to not pick flowers from here,” she said, gesturing at the flower.

V laughed and looked at the flower. “I realized why you love this type of flower so much. They are so pretty. It makes me feel this feeling that I’ve never felt before.”

Y/N nodded in agreement and sat next to Taehyung. She put her sketchpad next to her on the other side. She put her rose on top and looked at V’s.

“So… are you okay now?” Taehyung asked, staring at her.

“With what?” Y/N asked.

“You know, with your color blindness…”

Y/N smiled. “It got better! I didn’t get much for a long time, and I’m so happy!”

V smiled and laughed. “It was all because of me, wasn’t it.”

Y/N lightly punched his arm. “Don’t be so full of yourself.”
