"Launi." I said.

"Yes?" She Replied.

"I did want him to be my first...but." I stopped.

"But, B-Belch. He knocked me out while I was on my way home after we got back from the Well house. And he r-raped me." I started sobbing and Launi was silent.

"I-I'm so sorry. I didn't listen to you. I feel horrible! Why didn't you tell me!!" She said.

"I-I tried." I said still crying.

"How could he do that to you!" She screamed.

I didn't reply and just cried into the phone.

"We need to do something." She said.

"Already done..." I replied.

"What do you mean?" She asked.

"I'm riding home from Henry's house right now. And I told him. He told me he'd take care of it, and Belch pulled up looking for me. Henry-Henry killed him." I said.

We were both silent.

"He was just protecting me. And Belch threatened to kill You, Bill and Sophia."

I said.

"There was nothing I could do." I said.

"I'll be right over." Launi Said.

I shut my flip phone and pulled into my driveway.

I put my bike away and opened the front door.

I smelt potato soup.

My mom hasn't made potato soup in forever.

She used to make it all the time, my dad loved it.

I looked in the kitchen and saw my mom cooking.

It was potato soup.

She took off her apron and came over to me giving me a long, tight hug.

"Mom." I said.

She let go and we were both crying.

"Your cooking?!" I said with a smile as I wiped my tears.

"Yeah." She said wiping her tears as well.

She turned around and put up both of her arms, "Well it's s start!" She said.

She put her arms down, put her apron back on, and started cooking again.

I walked upstairs, and put my bag down.

I came back down and grabbed a water from the fridge.

There was no beers at all.

"No...beer?" I said with a smile.

She turned back at me.

"Yeah! I'm pretty proud of myself, but I still have some cigarettes. I'm going to need help with that." She said with a fake smile.

"I'd be more than happy." I said.

Our front door slamed open.

It was Launi and Bill.

Launi ran towards me and gave me a huge hug.

We started crying.

I looked past her and saw Bill standing there confused.

"I didn't tell him." Launi whispered to me.

"It wasn't my business to tell him." She whispered again.
