Brady
It's just Samantha, Michael and me sitting in her hospital room.
Michael filled her in on everything that has happened in her life, except the part with me.
"This is Brady, your ex boyfriend. I'll leave you two alone." He says and leaves.
"Hi Brady." She says quietly. Hearing her say my name makes me smile.
"What?" She asks.
"That was the first thing you've said to me in months."
"Oh."
There was an awkward silence.
"So, it all started with a few messages and a FaceTime call," I begin and tell her our story, not leaving out any detail.
And that was was the end of it, well, I hope not.
