Sana freaked out for a moment before throwing a red bean bun straight to Momo's face. Momo then pick up the bun with a big grin.
"I woke up late so no bento for today."
From the big grin, Momo's face comically turn into a big frown. Sana breathe in, ready for yet another tantrum from her.
"WHY YOU NO SAY? I SAVED AN EMPTY SPACE IN MY TUMMY JUST FOR YOUR FOOD. NOW I'M GONNA STARVE TO DEATH. I'M TOO OLD TO DIE NOOO-"
See?
Sana squint her eyes with Momo staring her with teary eyes and puckered lips. Sana's face expression slowly turns similar with Momo's then hug the latter dramatically.
"Aww you poor thing~ Let's grab some food down at the cafeteria! My treat, alright?"
Momo faked some sobs while nodding. They both, holding hands, walk to the cafeteria while oozing a flowery fluffy aura around them.
"Yesterday, I bought this shoujo manga and it was too great that my heart died for a few times! The main guy was such a hott--"
One word, disastrous. Momo gasped loudly right after she bumped into a guy making the guy's tray dropped onto the floor and food scattered around.
"I-I'm so sorry I--"
Momo shriek once she fixed her gaze on the guy she bumped into, realising next to him is the girl she kissed accidentally.
"You okay?"
The guy nodded at the girl's question and pull a smile while looking at Momo.
"Nevermind that. My bad for not looking at which way I'm going tho,"
"My bad too! I was so giddy just now! S-So it's my fault!"
Momo is so nervous she hit a higher pitch at every end of her sentences. The guy chuckled by Momo's reaction.
Cute, he thought, when actually Momo is nervous due to the intense eyes of the girl she kissed.
"Let me clean up the rest, you can have your meal."
The guy start picking up the food as Sana ran to call for a janitor. Momo was about to give a hand when the guy swiftly stops her and the girl suddenly grabbed her hand.
"It's okay. No trouble for you," he smiles.
"True. Let him do it," the girl then quietly wipe the dirt off Momo's fingers. They are so closed, Momo's lost in the girl's breathing.
Sana watch the scene while her mind fills up with so many possible calculations about the current situation of her best friend. Momo is blushing, for real, but at that moment no one knows she blush for the gentleman or for the lady.
Momo breathe in to gather all the guts she have, it's now or never.
"W-What's your name?"
"Myoui Mina,"
"Sena Izumi,"
Both answered at the same second.
The cat got Momo's tongue.
Sana comes up with the most potential theory.
Izumi's positive and Mina stays neutral.
