Jim

Based off a headcanon post I saw: When the Jims first existed, they could only say their names. Host taught them how to talk.

"Host?"

Dark wanted him.

"Yes?"

"We need your help. They're becoming a problem."

Host was lost in confusion for a moment until he looked into the universe and saw the two new Egos that had arrived in the library.

"Host will be there momentarily," he said softly. Dark didn't reply, but Host made his way to his favorite room in the manor.

"Jim."

"Who is Jim?!" One of the Googles shouted in frustration.

"...Jim," the same voice said.

"Google_R, calm down," Dark said. "The Host is here to provide insight."

The Host took his place in front of the two Egos, who seemed to be twins. They had the same flop of hair on their heads, wore the same clothing, and sounded exactly the same.

"Jim?"

"Jim," the other one replied. They looked at him. "Jim?" They said in unison.

"Jim," the Host replied amicably.

"Jim!" One Jim said happily. "Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim."

"Jim!" The twin said, as if to hush him. He turned to the Host and said in a more carefully measured voice, "Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim?"

"Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim," the Host replied.

"Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim?"

"Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim, Jim," the Host said. "Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim."

The two huddled together for a moment, and the Host didn't need eyes to know that they were taking quick glances at him. The other Egos stayed back, for their credit.

After a moment the Twins confirmed that yes, learning some new words could be fun.

"Jim," the Host said. "Jim?"

"Jim," they nodded.

"Jim Jim Jim Jim," the Host instructed. "Jim Jim Jim. Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim Jim."

"Jim Jim," one Jim said.

"Who," the Host said, and the Jims looked at each other before repeating it.

"Is," he said, and Jim on the right had a little trouble with it, but got it in the end.

"Jim?"

"Jim," they said enthusiastically.

"Are you Jim?" He asked, pointing to Jim.

He repeated it, and Host said, "Yes, I am Jim."

"I am Jim," Jim said proudly. The Host smirked.

"The Jim twins suddenly find themselves able to speak fluent English, as well as Jimish," the Host said. "Of course, they still use Jim as a replacement word sometimes."

"Jim!"

"Glad we got that settled," Dark growled.

The Host smirked.
