18. At Rose's House

I reached Rose's house by 5.30. When I was standing in front of the door and was about to ring the doorbell I heard footsteps coming down the stairs, the door flung open and Rose pulled me in upstairs into her room and bear hugged me. I was so nervous and excited as well that I hugged her as tightly as I could.

"Okay okay okay now leave me I've got no time to waste it's 5.30 and I gotta make you look like a diva."

I pulled back "What? No way. I'm just gonna wear the dress-"

"Oh no you don't need the dress as well. You can go without anything. It'll be the best day for him you s-"

I facepalmed her "I will strangle you if you do not stop."

"Okay gal no time to waste now. Let's get going."

"Wait no Rose"
No matter of protest would work on her she pushed me on her bed to sit.

"Just wait here" she brought her makeup kits. She indeed was a good makeup artist.

"Please tell me they are for you?"

"No hon I'm gonna do your makeup now so shut up and sit tight because one inch goes wrong I'll send your dead body to niall horan"

Both of us burst into laughter at that.

"Fine." I surrendered. "But not too much okay?"

"Shut up Missy I know what exactly you need now."

I groaned.

She took almost 45 minutes to finish up with everything. I was so bored I started exploring the phone he gave me. I decided to use it only for calling or texting him and no one else. Because if my mom suddenly sees it and asks about it i dont know what to answer. I saw that all of their contacts were saved in it. I changed his name from "My baby" to "Xoxo ❤". I kinda liked the name.

After Rose's makeup session was done I stood up and stretched my arms.

"Hey careful-"

"I know I know."

Without even looking at my face I changed into the dress which he gave me.

I went in front of the mirror and I looked at it. I was literally staring at the image that it showed.

Rose used very light makeup thankfully or she'd be dead. She spent almost 30 minutes thinking what to do. She put some mascara and some eyeliner exactly the way I like. I liked the way it highlighted my eyes. And then there goes my cherry red lipstick just the way he liked. I just hope I don't start biting my lips again and then eat up half of it plus it smelled like chocolate probably tastes the same. I giggled at that thought.

I looked down at myself at the dress. It was a simple black dress that ended mid thigh. He knew me well enough that I didn't like much fancy things and I was glad he got me something so simple yet beautiful at the same time. The dress fit my curves perfectly. I started smiling at the mirror foolishly thinking how perfectly he knew me. We were meeting for the first time and he got me a dress that fits me so perfectly. Plus he had a good choice I had to admit that. I really liked it.

I realised something slap my head.

"What the hell Rose."

"How long are you gonna stare at yourself miss? Never seen yourself in the mirror before?"

"Sorry."

Both of us started half laughing half giggling at that.

I put my hair in a messy side braid as suggested by Rose. She helped me do it. She pulled my locks out. Before I could say that it hurt the way she pulled

"Shh sorry. Don't talk."

"I hate you."

"I love you too. Now quite."

She curled my locks a bit and now it was all perfect.

"Now my Ame Darling you are perfectly ready for your dinner date. I can guarantee your Mr will freeze by your sight. Correct me if I'm wrong."

She held me by my shoulders and checked me if everything was perfectly done.

"Thanks." And I hugged her.

"No no save the hugs Mrs Horan." She grinned.

"Oh you shut up Mrs Styles."

I took out my shoes from my bag. I had to hide it and bring because mom would again start asking questions. God knows from where she gets so many questions. I sighed.

They were silver coloured stilettos that covered my toes and ankles totally. I painted my nails with black nail polish matching with the dress. I borrowed Rose's watch and her brown sling bag and checked whether I had packed everything.

I bought a little present for him while I was coming here and wrapping it nicely I put it inside the bag. I preferred taking the phone he gave me but then I thought what if mom called. I just put the phone on silent mode and kept it inside the bag.

Suddenly the phone that he gave me buzzed.

Xoxo❤: "You're gonna look ravishing covered in my kisses"

I couldn't help blushing and Rose came and snatched the phone away from me and started reading it out loud and made disgusting kissing sounds.
Ughhhh!!

"Shut up Rose. As much as I know him he won't kiss on the first date." I showed her my tongue.

"Yeah yeah right we'll see" and she started grinning like a mad woman.

"I won't kiss him back okay you mad woman"
I snatched my phone away and put it inside my bag.

She cleared her throat. "Its 6.30 and you're supposed to reach by 7, so kindly leave my house right now."

"I'll never come back you see. You're throwing me out."

Both of us started laughing out loud and at last I left for the address he had sent me.
I was nervous, excited, happy and I don't know what else. Everything at the same time. I couldn't just stop smiling.
