The alarm woke me up the next morning. I had slept so soundly, that I didn't hear it at first. It's been a long time since I've slept so peacefully.

Eventually I crawled out of bed and got ready for school. I left without saying goodbye to mom. After a good nights sleep the thought of moving to another city didn't bother me that much anymore. It was weird, there's nothing that really seems to keep me here.

I sighed and headed to my locker. I was running late and I still had to get my books for class and I was grumpy and hungry, because I didn't have a proper breakfast. I opened my locker and stuffed the books into my bag. It was only the start of the day and I was alredy feeling miserable. Steve had been waiting for me at the school gates and had taken a picture of me with his phone. Not creepy at all! NOOO!

I slammed the lockerdoor shut as I started running to class and bumped streight into Jordans chest.

"Someone's eager to hug me this morning!" He said happily and hugged me so hard that it felt like my rips were going to break any second.

"That's enough hugging, Jordan." I said through gritted teeth and pushed him as far away from me as possible, which proved to be rather difficult, because he kinda is the captain of the football team and a head taller then me. And he probably has a six-pack and I don't know this because I went into the boys locker room! No, he wanted to impress me, and took his shirt of while he was mowing our lawn. Mom likes taking advantage of the fact that he likes me. Anyway, hallway, hugging, Jordan, let's get back to my idiotic life.

He looked at me and his eyes sparkled. They always did when he looked at me. He had never kept it a secret that he likes me.

He smiled. "Let's go to class together." I groan as silently as I can. I totally frogot that we have class together first thing in the morning. I sigh and follow him to the classroom.

He opens the door for me and I head in first.

I don't know how I was able to block out the fact, that I have class not just with Jordan, but also with Stella.

"Hey, look who it is. Good morning, Katy." She smiles sweetly at me. Jordan nods in her direction, then goes off to his mates at the other end of the classroom.

Stella comes over to my seat and looks at me. The fake smile has vanished from her face. The sharade she puts up infront of Jordan is just ridiculous.

She fixes me with a death glare. "Stay away from him, you little witch!"

I rool my eyes at her.

Who's the real witch here?
