I yelled back to my mother. I walked to my small closet and immediately changed my clothes. I put on a shirt and then washed my face before rushing to my mother's bedroom. I grabbed a basket for her and my brother's laundry, and a mop and a broom. This has always been my everyday routine since I was 14 years old. My mother, well she hates me. I was conceived when she was still a teenager, which made her parents mad and kicked her out. Ever since she hated me and would often tell me I am not his son, and that I was bad luck for her. She met a man on the day she was planning on having an abortion. The man helped her and told her that he will take responsibility of her and the baby. She instantly agreed as she has been living on the street for a few weeks. He was very kind, and he loved my mother so much. After I was born, he was very happy even though I am not his son. He knew my mother would never took care of me, that's why he hired someone to take care of me while he was at work. This made my mother mad, because of the attention I am getting from his husband.

My mother was so happy when she delivered the news to my dad that she was pregnant. She loved my brother very much and would shower him with lots of gifts and love. I was jealous of him because of that, but I know that it's not his fault my own mother hates me.

I entered my brother's room, and noticed him waking up.

Good morning Kookie!. I greeted him as I entered his room. In his room he has his own computer, where he always plays. He has a lot of things inside his room most are gifts from mother from his birthdays, and other special occasions. He is famous in our school, and I really admire him. He excels in everything! Don't get me wrong, I am not jealous, in fact I am happy I have such an amazing brother.

Oh hey Taetae hyung. I ruffled his hair and told him to get up and get ready for school.

Hyung are you coming? We're gonna be late

Oh come on now Kookie. He still needs to finish the dishes. He can take the bus, now let's go, I am late for work.

It's okay kookie just go, you're gonna be late. I smiled to assure him that I was okay.

I did not reply since they already know my situation, and I don't really want to say something since she's still my mother.

We talked until the bell rang, signaling end of break. Jimin and I walked back to my next class together since he was in that class too.
