4. UNWANTED Part 2

Taehyung's been crying for almost an hour now. Currently in bed with his head on Jimin's chest. As soon as they've arrived in his apartment, Taehyung broke down. The older hugged him, allowing him to let all his feelings out. He can feel the older kissing his head, telling him he nothing but sweet things and assurance. It managed to calm him down but the pain is still there. He knows he is unwanted. Everyday he gets to hear it from his mother, and everyday he secretly hopes this will change, that she will learn to accept him. It hurts to hear your own mother easily abandon you just like that, and now all his hopes about his mother finally accepting him are gone.

Taehyung manages to fall asleep in Jimin's arms from all that crying.

Jimin stared at his tear stained face. Unconsciously, a tear manages to fall from his eyes. He wiped it with his free hand while the other was holding the younger's waist close to his body.

"You're a beautiful person tae. You don't deserve to be treated like that yet, you still loved the people who hurt you the most, your own family" he slowly leaned to plant a soft kiss to the younger's lips. He pulled back slowly and noticed the younger relaxed in his embrace and smiled in his sleep, causing him to smile too.

The next morning, Taehyung woke up to the smell of food. He slowly walked to the kitchen and saw Jimin preparing food. He didn't have dinner last night, so he was really starving. He immediately sat on the chair waiting for Jimin to serve the food.

As soon as Jimin saw this, he chuckled.

hungry? He smiled

Taehyung just nodded and gave him small smile.

Here. Now eat. You'll need the energy for later. He kissed the younger's forehead before sitting ont he chair beside him.

The younger gulped. It's not what he was thinking right? They just started their relationship yesterday! Omg he's not... we're not?!...he thought

The older laughed.

Yah! What are you thinking? I'm taking you out later.

We'll do that next time. He winked towards the younger who was red from embarrassment.

O-okay but where are we going?

Let's go first to the mall to buy you some clothes since you didn't get to bring one yesterday. And after that we can go to the amusement park or pet store. I don't know you decide

PET STORE?! Yes yes please! ....B-but i don't have anything to wear and i d-dont have the money to-

Tae...hey it's okay i'll pay okay?

No no Jimin I-

I want to Tae. Please just let your boyfriend do this for you okay?

B-boyfriend? Taehyung blushed. The younger chuckled and pecked his lips causing the younger to widen his eyes.

You're cute. And yes boyfriend.
Now finish eating so we can go. I'll prepare your clothes first while you can go take a shower after you eat.

The younger just nodded. He still can't believe it. He's crush is his boyfriend now. He sometimes think that maybe this was all just a dream and that he'll wake up having the older without his side. The thought of not having Jimin with him scared him. He can't imagine his life without Jimin now. He has become someone very important to his life.

You okay?

Hmm. Taehyung nodded. well, he was slightly okay after letting all his feelings out last night. It's hard but he knows he'll be able to get through this as long as he has Jimin.

Thank you Jimin. He smiled.

You're always welcome. Then the older leaned and closed the gap between them.

TIME SKIP...

It has almost been 3 years since the two have lived together. All those times Jimin showered Taehyung with love and care. He showed the younger how he should be treated. He cherished him like he's the most precious thing in the world. All those years Jimin gradually managed to fill the hole in his heart. Yes, he still gets sad of the thought of his family but he have managed to accept it now. He will love them still even though he is not with them.

Hi baby. Guess what?

What?

My parents are back and they said they wanted to meet you in person.

W-what?

Hey it's okay they'll like you. I have been telling them about you since we started dating. He smiled sweetly towards the younger

O-Okay. When?

Now i think they'll be here by 10 minutes. I'll text them to meet us at the restaurant.

Mom, Dad this is Taehyung. My boyfriend

H-hi Mr. And Mrs park. Nice to meet you

Aigoo don't be nervous Taehyung. We don't bite. The woman joked

So how have guys been? Is my Jiminie taking good care of you Tae?

Uhm yes he is. He is very sweet and caring. He's the best boyfriend anyone could ask for. He offered her a smile.

That's good. i thought I'd never get to see this day, Jimin being serious to someone. You know he is not like this before he met you. You're the first person he introduced to us. So thank you tae for loving my son.

The younger blushes and both parents cooed

So when is the wedding?

A-ahh Taehyung is busy right now with his modelling career so we'll probably have it some time next year. Jimin answered and held his fiancee's hand and smiled sweetly. Soon he's going to be his husband.

That's good news. And Jimin i think we will have to talk about you taking over the company soon. Your mom and i decided to live here in Seoul for good. We settled everything there in the US. You'll have to take care of the company here in Seoul because i know you wouldn't want to be living far from Taehyung especially now that you're getting married.

The dinner went on and Taehyung now felt more comfortable talking to Jimin's parents. They were really nice people and they treat him like he is their own son.

I still can't believe it's been 3 years and by next year you're going to be my husband. They are currently lying in their shared bed just cuddling with each other.

Me too i can't believe that i have the most beautiful person in the world. How did i get so lucky. Said the older

You're sappy. Taehyung laughed while blushing. He looked fondly at the older while smiling.

Thank you Jimin. For showing me what true love feels like. Thank you for showing me how it feels to be wanted and cherished. You mean so so much to me. And I am the luckiest man because I'll get to marry someone as beautiful as you. Thank you love. Taehyung leaned and kissed Jimin passionately which the older gladly returned.

And you said i'm sappy. Taehyung hit his chest in response causing the older to laugh and peck his lips.

I love you too and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you Taehyung.
