Michael woke up and looked around panic starting to set in when he didn't recognize his surroundings "Where am I" he wondered wishing he could remember anything before he woke up and slowly stood up from the bed walking to the door listening closely for any noise outside the room only to be greeted by his own pounding heart. He took a few deep breaths before opening the door and slowly creeping down the stairs.
Jake sat in the kitchen bouncing his leg anxiously he didn't want to go see if Michael was awake yet especially after what happened with Chandler, he scowled "When I get my hands on her..." he looked up as Michael walked in "Michael..."
Michael jumped and looked at Jake when he heard his name said "Wh-who are you?" he stammered
Jakes face fell "Y...you don't know who I am...Michael, I'm your boyfriend..."
The shorter boy looked at him confused "N-no I think I'd r-remember if I had a boyfriend" he stammered shaking his head slightly. Then again he couldn't remember anything before he woke up other than his name of course. "But he could be lying, trying to get me to trust him so he can hurt me" he thought and took a step back.
Jake sighed he could practically see Michaels thought process "Mikey, I'm not going to hurt you. I swear that I'm telling the truth...I could never lie to you..." he felt his heart sink he didn't like seeing Michael scared of him.
Michael nodded slowly he didn't know why but he trusted the taller boy but he didn't move any closer he stayed where he was unsure of what he should do.
