Narrator's Point of View
Considering Tristan runs a 4.2, Arianna was only hoping to trail behind him so she could know where he was. But somewhere along the pathway she lost him and had no idea where he was.
Eventually she made her way out of the hills alone and partly tired but she had to find Tristan.
Thanking God that she indeed decided to wear sneakers instead less comfortable shoes. She decided to look in the first place she could think of: his apartment.
Making her way to Tristan's apartment, Arianna had an unsettling feeling washing over her. Her stomach was in tights knots and she was scared. Not for herself but for Tristan.
What If he did find Chase and he wasn't alone, what if his anger only proved to hurt him and she ended up losing him for good.
What if he didn't find Chase, but someone else picked a fight with Tristan. She knew his temper was way pass it's breaking point and if someone so much and bumped into him there could be a problem.
She just needed to find him.
She made her way to the third floor approaching the door of Tristan's apartment, not stopping to look if anything was up out of the ordinary. She paid no mind to the fact the door was already unlocked even if she knew Tristan locked the door before they left.
Once she opened the door she wished she did because someone was inside she didn't want or need to see. Her night was already the worst it could be but this person was sure to make it worse.
"Alicia?"
She was shocked to say the least. Arianna hadn't laid eyes on her since the club incident months ago. It was like she went ghost, probably on purpose though Arianna was still pissed and felt overly played by her because she as honestly genuine with her but all Alicia was trying to do was get close to me so she could hurt me.
Arianna felt like what Alicia did was a slap in the face and a stab in the back but she also knew she can't fully blame her because she was the stupid one to trust Alicia in the first place.
But what Alicia did still bothered her to no end because as far as Arianna knew she hadn't done anything to Alicia to deserve what she was trying to do.
"But that seems to be the theme all around my life huh?" Arianna thought to herself.
"What the hell are you doing here?" Arianna's words came out abruptly and cold as her eyes scanned over Alicia.
From where Arianna was standing Alicia looked to be wearing a beige trench coat she was pretty sure didn't have anything under it in true prostitute fashion, red six inch platform pumps, makeup caked over her face and her hair was parted to in big spiral curls hanging down her back.
Instead of looking sexy she just looked desperate.
"What does it look like? Think sometime before you speak." Alicia sneered rolling her eyes shifting her weight from one foot to the next, crossing her legs as she sat on the boys black leather couch that Arianna was now putting on her to do list to burn later.
In all honesty Alicia didn't have a problem to with Arianna, but her eyes Tristan was hers way before Arianna came alone and she was so used to being spoiled her whole life that being denied something was foreign to her so without any probably cause Arianna became an enemy.
"Poor little girl should stayed where she came from." Alicia thought as she in turn huffed looking over the Arianna trying her best to see what Tristan sees in her but coming up with nothing.
