Child!Mystery x Child!Reader

   You walked down the sidewalk. You had just moved to this town..so, why not get to know the area? You found two boys, playing. One was a purple cat, and the other was a brown dog. You tried to move past then, but one shouted to you. "HEY! Are you new here?" You turned around to see the dog facing you. The cat just stared at you. "U-um.. y-yes." You replied. He dog extended his hand for you to shake. "I'm Alfred, and this is Jeremy." You shook his hand. "I-I'm (Y-Y/N)." You introduced yourself. "Want to hang out with us?" Jeremy asked. Alfred turned to him, slightly confused. "U-um.. sure."

~That night~

   You layed in your bed. You threr hung out all day, and all have eachother phone numbers. You couldn't help but wonder about Jeremy.. "I wonder if I'm special.. Alfred did say that he never invited new people to hang out.." You thought out loud. That's when you heard something hit your window. You jumped up, and out of bed. You're on the second floor, HOW?!
     You walked over and opened the window. Only to have sudden pain come to your face. You stumbled then you looked down and saw a rock. "What the.." You looked out the window and saw Jeremy. He had a handful of rocks by his feet, he must have been throwing rocks at your window. He motioned you to come down. You got a (F/C) hoodie on and ran downstairs and out the door. Your parents were asleep.
      You ran to Jeremy. "Hey. What's up?" You asked, obviously less shy than when you first met. "I have something to show you." He said, quickly taking your hand. He ran off quickly, dragging you with him.
He dragged you all the way to an open feild. It was surrounded by trees. He sat down in the clearing and pat the door next to him. You sat next to him. "The view is nice, right..?" He asked. You nodded, admiring the star filled sky.
    "(Y/N)..?" Jeremy looked to you. You glanced over at him. "Yes?" "I want to know more about you." He said, a tiny of pink rushing to his cheeks. Your face turned slightly red as well. "L-like what?" You asked. "I want to know what's bothering you." He stated. Your eyes widened. "What?" You asked. "I could tell from the second I saw you. You're in pain, (Y/N)." Jeremy was staring sharply into your eyes. Your eyes shifted, avoiding eye contact. You remained silent.
      "You can tell me." He said. No reply. "I'm in pain too." He told you. You slowly made your gaze to Jeremy. "My mother.." You stated quietly. "What about her..?" Jeremy asked. "She's a r-raging alcoholic.. ever since my dad died.. she's been hitting me.. and.. s-she married a man..right a-after d-dad died.. He a-also hits m-me.." You broke down sobbing. He moved closer to you, and wrapped his arms around you. He let you cry into his chest. "I can relate to you, (Y/N)." His voice was calm, and even comforting to you.
    You looked up. "R-really..?" You asked. "Yes.. my father.. He abused me. He still does.." He told you. An idea of brilliance struck your mind. Tears, still streaming down your face, you pulled away and grabbed both of his hands. "We.." You paused. "We.. can run away." You ststed, proudly. He stared at you, blankly. "We can escape this, we can escape the pain! Right..?" You asked. A smile spread across his face. "lets do it."

~the next night~

     It was midnight, your bag was ready. You snuck out of the house to find Jeremy. You were so happy to escape. You spotted Jeremy, and ran to him. You kisses him on the cheek, his face turned red. When you realized what you did, you also turned red. "S-sorry! U-um.. i-i was just excited.." you stuttered. He smirked and pulled you closer to him. "You missed~" he kissed you on the lips.

Hehehe... I was in a rush.. lol
