(Harry's POV)

I woke up cuddled next to Louis.

'8:47pm' read the bedside clock.

I laid back down, not wanting to wake Lou. I was admiring the adorable brunette while sweet snores escaped his perfect plump lips.

I laid my head down on the pillow and pulled the blanket back over me.

In the process, I broke out into a huge coughing fit causing me to shoot up from the bed, which of course woke Lou. But he wasted no time to pat my back, helping to calm me down.

Eventually, my breathing slowed and I finished my ugly hacking scene. Groaning, I laid my head back down and clenched my eyes shut at the painful sensation I had in my chest.

"Jesus Christ, mate, you alright?" Lou asked, still dazed of sleep.

I didn't trust my voice, so I only nodded in response.

"Do you feel any better?"

"Not really.." I croaked. He winced at the sound of my scratchy voice.

"Maybe you should go to the doctor. You're probably not going into school tomorrow anyways. Might as well see him." He suggested.

"No Lou, you know how much I hate the doctors. No way. Noooope." I pulled the covers over my head, hoping he'd drop the subject.

"Hazza, don't be like this. C'mon, I'll even take you myself. Please mate, it hurts me seeing you so ill." He pleaded rubbing my back.

"Lou..."

"Hazza" he smirked back.

"Fine, whatever. I'm tired of feeling like this, anyways." I gave in.

"The Tommo always gets his way. Never forget. Now, I haven't eaten all day. You wanna go get some food,
Mr. SickyPants?"

"Lou, I can't even move. It hurts..." I whimpered. I knew I sounded pathetic, but I really just didn't feel good.

"Haz, are you really that sick?" he got the thermometer setting on my nightstand from earlier and put it under my arm.

We stayed in silence until it beeped a minute later.

"103.2 shit, that's not good, mate." He mumbled worriedly.

I didn't move in the slightest bit, feeling to week to argue back with him.

I heard him typing numbers, obviously calling someone, as he brought his phone up to his ear.

"Hey Anne, it's Lou"

"Yeah, he woke up a few minutes ago, but he's not feeling any better and his fever just keeps getting higher."

"Yeah, it's up in the 103s now."

"Alright. I'll just go ahead and take him in. Thanks Anne. I'll keep you posted."

And then he hung up.

"Were you taking to my mum?" I questioned, trying my best to sit up against the headboard.

"Yeah, don't hate me, Haz, but your mom told me to just go ahead and take you to the clinic now." He said quietly.

"Ok..." I muttered.

"Man, you must be feelin pretty shitty if you're actually agreeing to see medical help" he chuckled sadly.

"I'm miserably, Lou.." I teared up.

"No Harry, c'mon. We'll leave now. Don't cry mate, please." He pleaded.

I nodded.

He helped slip me slip on a jacket as I was already wearing pajama pants and socks. I didn't bother with shoes, as I was too weak to even move my own head.

"Alright c'mon" he slipped my arm around his. I leaned all my weight into him as he helped me out the door and to the car.

Once he got my situated, leaned my head against the cold glass, feeling really nice against my feverish skin.

Appearently I had dozed off because the next thing I knew, Lou had opened my car door and carried me inside.

I made my way, as best as I could, to the uncomfortable chairs and Louis filled paperwork out and what not.

I was called back moments later and was just waiting on the doctor to give the results of the blood work he had done.

I felt tears welting up in my eyes and I let out a shaky sob.

"Haz.." Lou whimpered sadly. He got up from his chair and pulled me into his lap, hearing the paper crinkle under us.

I clinged to him. I just wanted to be back in my bed and sleep for ages.

He combed his fingers through my matted hair full of sweat.

'Knock knock'

The door opened and I made n0 movement to get up.

"Looks like we have a sicky here, don't we." The doctor sadly smiled.

"What's wrong with him doc?" Lou asked politely as he could, but I could tell the worry was getting the best of him.

"Well, Im gonna come straight out and say that Harry has developed a small form of phnemonia and he hasn't been taking much care of his body, lately. On top of that, he does have a mild Case of stomach flu...The doctor said in a sad tone.

"How do we treat it?" louis asked

"Well, I'll provide some meds for the flu , but we really just need to get his strength back with a lot of rest and he should be better within a couple weeks. I'll have one of my nurses come back with the prescription and you'll be free to go. Do you have any questions before I leave?"

"I think we're good. Thanks so much doc." Lou shook his hand and then the doctor left, leaving us alone.

"Looks like you're really sick, huh mate. I'm sorry you feel so bad. I would take the sickness from you in a heartbeat if I could." Lou said sadly, grazing his nails over the small of my back.

"Lou, I don't feel so well..." I panicked as I jumped up from the bed.

"Shit!" louis cursed as he grabbed the trash can from beside the bed and I immediately clung to it.

"I don't wanna be sick" I whispered, my voice echoing from the bin.

"Shhh I know, Hazza, but you'll feel better once you get it out of your system." He soothed.

"But Lou, I d- I was interrupted from my stomach heaving its contents out into the waste bin.

"Aw mate..." Lou hissed as he grabbed my hair from my face.

A couple of minutes later, which seemed like hours, I eventually stopped vomiting.

Lou wiped the stray tears from my face as the door opened and a nurse stepped in.

"Oh Harry. Did he get sick?" the nurse turned to Louis.

"Yeah, I need to take him home. Can I have the prescriptions?"

"Oh of course. Here you go. You all are free to leave now. Feel better Harry." And she walked out.

Lou put his jacket back on and grabbed his keys.

"You ready mate?" Lou tried to take my bin, but I grabbed onto it tighter.

"No Lou, I think I might need it again" I whimpered tiredly.

He nodded sadly, helping me stand up. We struggled back into the car and I fell asleep on the way home. I just wanted to feel better. I've never felt this ill in my life.
