12: Sorry I wanted to be a gentlemen

~~Third person POV~~

Jace and Rosie had been hugging for about well over 3 or 4 minutes in a comfortable silence not really wanting to let go being scared on what will happen once they let go if they just keep on going like nothing happened or add this hug to the progress list. Jace was tightening his hold on Rosie when they heard a screaming coming from upstairs they quickly let go of each other and ran towards the screaming everyone had come as well. Once they saw who the one screaming was thats when all of the girls combusted into laughter because they had realzied that Lana had finally woken up and saw that she was their victom of the night.

"You guys suck so much." she said trying to wipe the marker mustache of her face "hey dont hate the player hate the game besides you're the one that came up with the idea in the first place and its not even permenent marker we aren't that cruel." rosie said with a smile.

A few minutes later lana had finally gotten the marker off her face leaving a slight red mark on her upper lip from all the wet paper she used to get it off. It only now dawned upon them they still had school that day when scott had told them to finish getting ready. Rosie and Jace both walked downed the stairs again and into the living room where they sat down on the couch and began waiting for the others "C-can I give you a ride to school rosie?" Jace had a feeling she would say no but he thought it couldn't hurt to try acutally it would because she had rejected him for something as simple as a ride to school but he wouldn't let her know that. "Sure that'd be great thank you" she said suprising jace once more by accepting his offer.

Jace couldn't help but let his insecurities get to him he knew how cruel he was before and he knows that not everything will go his way so when rosie came back he was all prepared to be yelled at, insulted, and put in his place but she hasn't done one of those things in the amount of time she has been here given the fact she was in a coma for most of the time she still hasn't done it yet and everytime he thinks of asking her for something from going out on a date or a ride to school he cant help but think for a fact that she will say no but once again she never does and it suprises him.

"Alright guys time to go" sam said he was looking in between rosie a jace with a smile on his face and winked a rosie she couldn't help but blush slightly and turned her head away from both of them so jace wouldn't see but he still noticed but for rosies sake he pretended he didn't and held his hand out to pull her up from her seat. She quickly grabs his hand and leads him outside, still holding hands once outside jace leads her to his car Rosie opened the car door and tried to get in but jace quickly shut the door before she could "W-why would you do that?" she asked but her only response was jace re-opening the door for her "Sorry I wanted to be a gentlemen." he said. Rosie just smiled at him a got in the car that was when she realized she was still holding his hand and let go.

Jace closed the door for her and walked to his side. The car red was quiet the only sound was coming from the slightly turned down radio it stayed like that until they reached the parking lot of there school and parked the car.

Rosie was debating on what to say to him and what to do until she finally said "Thank for the ride" and leaned over to peck him on the cheek at least it was meant for the cheek but Jace had turned his head towards her not even realizing she was leaning in and her puckered lips landed on his. She immedently pulled away both looking at each other with wide eyes they began leaning in now only a few centimeters apart so close to kissing in 3,2,1.....

There was a loud banging on the window "Rosie lets go schools just begun" Jane said in a sing song voice. This scared both inside the car making them jump up and accidently hit each other on the head they both looked at each other and said a sorry then began laughing histarically.

Outside of the car where the pair were laughing inside Jane turned around and said "Did you guys see what they were doing in there they were leaning into each other almost about to kiss"

'What is going on' was all they could think of lily noticed there expressions and what they meant and spoke out "I dont know guys they are mates and Jace really does seem to regret doing anything bad i mean the guys been moping around and being so depressing the whole time she was gone and he certainly did light up like a christmas tree whenshe came back and when he heard about what happened to her he barley left her side." even when saying this lily was thinking why am i helping him out and sticking up for him he hasn't done anything nice to us in the past but what she knew that what she said was true.

She knew that those two are in that car were laughing histraically for a reason she knew that her childhood bestfriend would not be that stupid and talk to someone who has hurt her if it weren't for a good reason and so now lily supports that reason but first she wants to know what it is and how good of a reason it may be.

Yes i am back :)
Got a little deep in this chapter got a little but of lily ad a lot of #jasie i think i like it better when i write in third persons P.O.V to me it seems better sp im gonna start doing third persons pov from this day foward but ill still through some rosie and jace's pov's in there later.

Anyways I hope you like the chapter took me a while because of my scheduale but guess who not gonna be so busy anymore this girl. Yes my musical is over (and yes i cired when it was) and the quince is this weekend so after that im done but i still have a school project oh how i wish it was summer already so i wouldn't have such a busy scheduale and could just write all the time.
