Chapter 9

„Y/N, that's definetly you!" Serah throws at your head as she has her mouth under control again. „How did this picture happen? Tell me!" she now almost screams from top of her lungs, some people on the nearby tables turning around.

„I... I..." you on the opposite hand still couldn't talk, you're still too shocked.
You look around you and see more and more people staring at you while beginning to murmur about what's happening with you two.
Serah gets up and grasps your wrist rather painful and pulls you with her.
She pays on the counter for your food and hhen storms with you, still pulling, out of the restaurant into a quiet street.

Finally you have control over your own mouth again, just in time as Serah is about so scream more questions at you.
„It was an accident! The crowd we were passing a few hours ago were reporters that waited for BTS! I walked in front of the crowd and slipped, but Jimin caught me and somehow talked a bit with me and..."
You stop explaining as you see Serah's unbelieving eyes.

„Y/N... then why did you disappear for a while afterwards?"

You realize that now is the time to tell your friend everything that happened between you and Jimin, there's no escape of this explenation.
So you tell her about how you accidentally met him right after the fansign, how you took his scarf and how you ran away but Jimin caught up with you and talked some more with you.

„Are you in a relationship with him?" serah immediately asks as you finish your story, earning a strong shaking head from you as an aswer. „This really were all coincidences! I don't know how but... oh god." you suddenly stop and put your hand in front of your mouth. „It'll be all over the news! I destroyed his image!" you can't help your tears, just thinking about the pressure he must feel about those pictures.

„Calm down, calm down, this often happens!" Serah forces a smile but you can see that she also worries. „We just have to tell those people that you're not in a relationship and everything's fine." Her fake smile is a little better now as she holds one of you hand that you aren't using to wipe away your tears.

„But how do we do that?" You question her idea and look at your friend.

„The BigHit Entertainment building is only a couple minutes away from here, right?"

~ Few minutes later ~

„But it's about the rumour of Park Jimin dating!" Serah desperately tries to get the man on the other side of the speaker to open the door for them.

„Even so, you don't have an appointement." the man replies grumpy. „And now leave before I call security."

With that, you know it's time for you to leave. From the start on you knew this wouldn't work. „It's okay Serah. i'm sure they have people taking care of that, hopefully." you mumble the last word as you push your friend away from the still closed door and are slowly walking away with her.
As you're leaving the property of BigHit, your ears can hear a car drive up and shortly after a door being opened.

„Y/N?" a familiar voice calls your name and you immediately stop, hesitating before you turn around too look into the person's face.

„What're you doing here?" Jimin asks and slowly walks over you, his black shaded glasses hiding his eyes while having his hands put inside te pockets of his jeans.

„Jimin... I am so sorry." you apologize right away and don't even notice Serah beside you which eyes grow bigger and bigger with every step Jimin does towards the two of you.

Jimin is obviously confused and gives you a small smile because of it „Sorry for what?" before you can start explaining, he's started a new sentence „Let's not discuss that here, let's go inside."
