Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I hope you all enjoy dinner with family and friends. This is actually a thanksgiving chapter since I decided to write about the ring. Now for those who have seen Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel know about the ring. The ring of Amara. It is a magical ring that when worn by a Vampire they can not be killed. Not even by a stake to the heart or sunlight. Dangerous when most vampires wear it but that was why Buffy gave Oz the ring to give to Angel when he was on his way to LA for a Gig. Angel could put the ring to some good. Save people that need to be saved in the morning not just at night. But even though he wore the ring once and was actually in the sunlight on the beach he decided to destroy it because he felt that he doesn't deserve it because of the years he killed innocent people back before he gotten that gypsy curse. But what if he decided to keep it and be able to walk around with the humans instead of destroying the ring? I am sure that would make his after life easier. But we know that he is Angel and he doesn't go for the easy way out. In this he will keep the ring.
Buffy POV
Calling Giles. Giles picked up. "What can you tell me about the ring of Amara?" I asked. "The ring of Amara? For all I know it's fake" said Giles. "Harmony who is now a vampire mention it" I said. "I'll do some research on this" said Giles. "Thank you" I said and hung up the phone.
Meanwhile
Spike POV
I have got to fine that ring. "Baby what so special about this ring" Harmony asked. "Shut up and just look" I demanded. This necklace isn't Amara. I turned around because Harmony was being annoying and she always is. I pick up a stake and throw it at her but nothing happen. Then I notice that she was wearing a ring. "That's it" I yelled as I take out the stake then grabbing the ring of her finger. I put it on and left.
Harmony POV
He is so mean. Why do I put up with him. (Crying). Being a vampire isn't fun.
Spike POV
"Hello little puppet" I said. "Spike" Buffy yelled out. It's sunny out and I am protected by the ring. Of cause Buffy doesn't make it easy to kill her. We fought and she grab my ring so now I am burning up. I ran and jumped into the sower.
Buffy POV
I went to Giles. "Is that the" said Giles. "Yes it's the ring" I said. "What are you going to do with it" asked Willow. "Oz can you bring this to Angel" I asked. "It's on the way" said Oz as I gave him the ring. "Are you sure" asked Xander. "I am" said Buffy.
LA
Angel POV
"Oz what are you doing here" I asked. "Buffy wanted me to give you this" he said holding up the ring. "Is that?" I asked couldn't believe I am actually seeing the ring of Amara. Oz gave it to me. I put it on and it feels amazing.
Of cause I had to go up against Spike. My enemy. At least I won and I have this ring. I got out of the water after I killed the vampire that Spike hired to get the ring for him. I put the ring back on and now I can walk on the beach. This feeling is amazing. I never thought I could ever feel like this. I decided to keep it and giving it a try.
