Ai's PoV

Kuya[Big brother in Filipino] has never change. From what I can remember he is currently 23. His course is all about the heart. Yeah he's going to be a doctor, if he still have school. But seven years had just passed when he left home. Though one thing is for sure he is still the same, he didn't told me before hand that he'll visit home. He sounded a little pissed because he saw me with another guy in bed. Who wouldn't be?  
Well to tell you the truth he is so protective, I already got a brain you know?! But sometimes when I think about it somehow it makes me smile. Why? Because when you think of it in the good side, the hidden meaning between that over-protectiveness is that the person really cares for you. While I was thinking, my brother was suspiciously eying Al.

Where at the kitchen eating breakfast. He is always like this when a guy is with me, sometimes even girls?! Can you believe him? but still I love kuya.

"What is your occupation?" Kuya asked Al.

"Kuya, were still in highschool?" I said in a duh? tone.

"I was just asking, maybe he's a drug dealer." Kuya reasoned.

"That's rude!" I said and punched his shoulders lightly.

"Ahh.. Kuya, you can definitely trust me." Al saluted. 

"Don't call me Kuya, were not siblings." And again with his bad attitude towards my guy friends. 

"I'm sorry." Al apologized.

After we finished eating, Al bid me goodbye and left. Kuya was still unpacking his things upstairs so I went to his room and helped him unpack. 

"Hey, did something happened?" He asked.

"Nothing in particular, why?" I asked.

"Look Ai, I've known you since you were given birth. I know there is something wrong." He said

"Kuya, I'm fine. Al was there when I was down." I said.

Arick's Mind: That's what I'm angry about. I was not here for seven years. And I know it's impossible that you weren't down for the past few years. I hope I was there. I tried my best to finished school in 7 years. 

"Kuya, How is school?" I asked while I picked some clothes.

"I already finished it." He said casually.

"Really?! From what I heard, Ten years is needed to finish your course?" I asked in confusion.

"Yeah, Basically Ten years is needed but I asked for a special treatment. They will take 3 years off, if I meet the conditions."

"And what is that?" I asked

"If I aced all the test needed." That made my jaw drop.

"Did you meet the conditions?"

"Ah, Yeah if I didn't why would I be here."

"Really?! Congrats Kuya!" I gave him a hug from behind then suddenly I felt my chest tighten. Why does it have to be now? I fell in my knees while holding my chest.

"Ku..ya.." I said before I blacked out.
