~couple days later~

Jonahs POV
y/n wasn't at school today. Which i thought was normal because she didn't want to see me. But her sister Annie wasn't at school either. I just shrugged it off.

It's friday and y/n hasn't been to school all week. I tried calling and texting her but she wouldn't answer. I tried to ask Bella and Hannah why she wasn't at school but they just ignored me and told me it was none of my business. I tried asking Daniel but he didn't tell me either, he told me to just move on. Which worried me. I care about this girl. I was so worried that after school i quickly drove over to her house. It was quiet. She was home because her car was there, and so was her sisters.

I knocked on the door. Nothing. I rang the doorbell. Nothing. I waited a few minutes and decided to ring it again. After a couple minutes the door opened. Emma opened the door and she looked horrible like she has been crying for days.

"Um is y/n home" i asked looking behind her at Annie who also looked like she has been crying for days.
"Jonah now's not a good time.." Emma said shakey
"Please i need to talk to her. I'm worried, she hasn't been at school all week"
Emma looked behind her and the came out on the porch closing the door. Emma told me the reason they weren't at school all week was because their mom died in an accident the night of the party when i cheated on y/n. Emma told me that their mom heard y/n sneak out and went after her. My mouth dropped open, i quickly ran inside pushing pass Emma..

"Jonah she doesn't want to see anyone!" emma yelled after me

I got to her door and slowly opened it. She was just lying on her bed curled into a ball crying. I just slowly walked over to her and crawled into the bed and held her. Surprisingly she didn't kick me out.

After a few minutes of her crying..
"It's all my fault.." she quietly said
"y/n don't say that. It's not your fault"
"Yes it is Jonah! She went out looking for me!" she said sitting up
"It was just a freak accident"
"Really was it just a freak accident you cheated on me?"
There it was i was waiting for that. I sat up
"Ok since you brought it up can i explain" she nodded. I told her what happened, which just made her cry more.
"y/n please just give me another chance"
She looked down.. "I don't know Jonah"
"Please" i said lifting her head
She looked at me for a minute and she kissed me. We lied on her bed for a while until she fell asleep. I texted my mom and told her what happened with y/ns mom and that i'm gonna spend the night here. She understood and i fell asleep.

You and Jonah went off dating the rest of high school and through college. You guys got married when you were both 22 and had your first child when you were 23. After your mom died Emma was your legal guardian and Jonah and his mom would always come over and take care of you guys. Bella and Jack ended up dating and so did Annie and Zach. Hannah started to date a football player for a bit until he cheated on her and then she started to date Daniel. You and Jonah ended up with 3 beautiful kids and lived a happy life together.
