Because I'm A Fool

Chapter 2

Jeremy just waked along side me with Jolie. Never once saying something. That wasn't normal for Jeremy. He's normally always talking. Is something wrong with him? He won't even look me in the eye when we talk.

"Jeremy?"I said turning  and looking at him, "Are you okay?"

He nodded not even turning to look at me. I'm starting to worry about him. What if he's mad at me? But, why would he be? I haven't been mean to him or picked on him. I grabbed his arm and pulled him to a stop and looked at him. His face turned bright red and he yanked his arm out of my grasp.

"What's wrong, Jeremy?"I asked sounding a little more concerned than I planned to, "You haven't talked to me since we went and got ice cream."

Jeremy just stood there staring at his feet. His behavior doesn't make any sense. I let out a sigh and said, "Did I do something wrong? Is that why you're not talking to me?"

Jeremy shook his head and was about to say something when Jolie started barking and wagging her tail. We both glanced in her direction to see Tae-kyung and Mi-nyeo walking towards us. Tae-kyung was actual smiling for once. He didn't look like he had eaten a bag of limes like he always does.

"Hi, Go Mi-nyeo! Hi, Tae-kyung!"Jeremy said waving at them as they came over, "Didn't expect to see you two here."

Just like that he was back to his normal behavior. The happy and talkative Jeremy we all know and love. He's hiding something that seems to have to do with me. But, what could it possibly be? Had something happened during the time we weren't hanging out? 

"Oppa, what's wrong?"Mi-nyeo asked, "You look a little troubled."

I smiled and shrugged. I'm not sure why it's bothering me that he's avoiding me. Tae-kyung was watching me closely. It felt like he was looking into my soul. Jeremy handed Mi-nyeo Jolie's leash and they started walking away. Jeremy turned around and asked, "Are you two coming?"

Tae-kyung motioned for them to go on ahead before returning his gaze to me. He knew something was up. He wasn't fooling me. He's always observing things. I ran my hands through my hair before saying, "If you're wondering what's wrong. I'm confused about Jeremy's behavior." He nodded and I continued, "He's been avoiding me and won't talk to me."

Tae-kyung stood there for a second before replying, "Did you do something to upset him?" I shook my head no and he replied with, "He seems to be acting normal to me. When is he doing this?" 

"He does it whenever we're alone."I replied scratching my head, "He avoids eye contact and doesn't talk to me at all."

Tae-kyung was about to say something when we heard the annoying voices of Kim Young-woo and Yoo He-yi. Tae-kyung let out a frustrated groan and walked towards them. I followed close behind. It seems like everywhere she goes Young-woo has to follow. God forbid he doesn't catch what happens between He-yi and our band members.

"There you are! I've been trying to find you all day!"He-yi hissed as she crossed her arms, "Why didn't you answer my calls?!"

I could see Tae-kyung was getting mad. But then again just seeing her face or hearing her voice puts him in a bad mood. Jeremy and Mi-nyeo were standing there watching what was going on. Tae-kyung frowned and answered, "I was busy and didn't want to talk at the moment." 

I know this is going to be in the news. Young-woo will have to twist it around to make this conversation bigger than it really is. I could see that Tae-kyung wasn't the only one irritated with He-yi's presence. Jeremy was clearly unhappy with her being here. He was frowning almost as much as Tae-kyung at the moment. Could this moment get any worse?
