Naruto/Korra crossover

Naruto vs. Tenzin. (Part 1)

Bolin swam to the surface of the water, and let his lungs fill with air. 'I can't believe I lost.' He thought.

Bolin swam to the concrete, and lifted himself onto it. 'This stinks. Meelo is never gonna let me hear the end of this...'

Meanwhile, Naruto looked around at everyone. "Alright! I won! Now let's hurry and get the next match going!"

Korra and Tenzin looked at each other. They then both looked at Naruto.

"I suppose it's my turn." Tenzin said. "Better not disappoint."

He then used airbending, and glided over to the stage, where he landed behind Naruto.

Naruto swiftly turned around. "You up next?"

Tenzin nodded. "I am indeed. Now... prepare yourself for this next battle! For I will not go down easily!"

Naruto smirked, and waved his hand. "Whatever. I've heard that a thousand times." He then jumped back to the opposite side of the stage, and looked in Meelo's direction. "Gonna get it going? Come on already!"

Meelo frowned. "Don't tell the boss what to do! I'll do it whenever I want!"

There was a three second pause...

"Just fight already!" Meelo shouted.

Naruto shifted his vision to Tenzin, who had gotten himself into a battle-ready position.

Naruto chuckled. "I warn you! If you say you're so good, that just means I'll go harder on you than the others!"

Tenzin nodded. "Alright then. If that's how this will go."

He thrust his hand forward, and a large blast of air was thrown in Naruto's direction.

Naruto's eyes widened slightly, as he jumped up into the air; avoiding the blast easily.

"Is that all you got?" Naruto taunted. He landed on the stage again, and rushed at Tenzin.

When Naruto got within twenty feet of him, Tenzin spread his arms outward, and a massive blast of wind was thrown in every direction.

Naruto skidded to a stop, and crossed his arms over his face protectively.

The wind moved Naruto back a couple of feet, but did nothing more.

He uncovered his face. "Alright. Now  I know you can do that..."

Tenzin smiled slightly. "Yes. I am a master airbender. I suggest that you do not underestimate my abilities."

Naruto clenched his teeth. "Neither should you underestimate mine!" He did the hand sign for the shadow clone jutsu, and three more clones appeared beside him.

Naruto's clones pulled out one kunai each, and ran at Tenzin.

All three clones when they got within reach of Tenzin, started thrusting and slicing with their kunai in an attempt to scare him, and possibly knock him off balance, so the real Naruto could execute the final finishing move.

However, when the three clones got within reaching distance, Tenzin did not become scared. He instead evaded their strikes, and jumped ten feet into the air.

The three clones stopped trying to attack him for a second, as they all looked up at him.

Tenzin thrust his arms down suddenly, and when they touched the floor, a blastwave of air was released from his palms; knocking away the three clones.

Naruto's clones disappeared, and Naruto huffed.

'My sage mode will only be a minute and a half longer or so.' Naruto thought. 'I gotta find a strategy that will win me this match!'
