'And this is mah place' I say to char and joey walking around the apartment

'What are you gonna do when cos comes and checks on you for the week'

'I left some stuff at Bryce's house so I'll just go over and play it cool'

Joey sits on the couch

'Brady supposed to come over later too...'

'Why do you say it like that's unusual?' Charles chuckles sitting by joey

'Because my mom is coming too' I say walking into the kitchen

'Well she's cool with me being here, I practically lived with her and brady'

'I dunno...she's crazy.'

'What are you talking about'

'I don't think she even ever knew we were dating? I never really told her'

Char walks away giving us privacy

'Look joey..I haven't been..honest?.. about everything'

He gives me a confused look letting me know he does not follow.

'Look..we didn't leave because of her drug problem. I mean that was a part of it'

'We left because she chose brady over us and drugs over brady.'

'We were close when I was younger' I gave a slight smile

'I dunno, when I got older she started to hate me I guess'

'I don't know. I'm too old to remember' I lie as he nods.

Joey opens it and there stands autumn and Dakota. Together. The worst duo.

'I invited them' joey smiles

'Jo- can we talk for a minute?' I say walking into the room with him following

'Idk I thought you might wanna see them'

'No joey I don't, they hate m-' I sToP when the door opens

'Sorry I was looking for the bathroom' Dakota says

I walk out of the room and show her to the bathroom without saying a word

'Oh and Kylie?'

'Don't think I'm still out to get you'

I nod and go to the living room where autumn was.

I sat beside her as she began to talk to me as if we were friends.

Dakota came back as we all talked. I don't trust her still. She was always sneaky. Always will be.

Once they left I started to text the gc since I hadn't seen the girls in a while

Alright, my place at 8!!

I turn to joey who had probably planned on staying the night "babyy?"

'Hm?'

'The girls are sleeping over'

'It's alright I'll crash on the couch'

I hug him as he walks into the bathroom. Everyday he gets less and less enthusiastic. He posts less and less. I see his smile less and less. It's like he's never happy anymore. He's not that little Smartass mouthed happy boy he was when we met. It's like he's giving up.

'KYLIE' he calls as I stop thinking and I turn to him

'We need more soap' he says.

I nod and give a slight smiles. A love joey no matter what. But I miss the old joey. The happy one.
