Sachihiko's P.O.V:
"Sachi ! Thank god your awake !" Mom shouted with relief.
I slowly opened my eyes and saw this odd familiar place again. White walls everywhere, oxygen tank on my side and other medical apparatus. I move my right hand and I felt pain. Yeah ! Same as always, dextrose was attached to it.
"Sachi honey, how are you feeling ? You fainted again." I looked at mom. She was teary eyed. I nodded weakly.
Dad was also here, standing beside mom. He was just plain silent, but his eyes were directly focused on me. Full of concern and worries.
I was about to speak when a nurse and a doctor came in and start checking me up. There was a long a silence. . . Minutes have passed, and he starts explaining my condition.
"Frankly speaking Mr. and Mrs. Otonashi, your daughter is in a very serious case. I presume that you already knew her sickness right ? Her, being unconscious may happen continuously from now on. Please be aware of that. Also, keep her by your side as often as you could to guide her always." Mom and dad looked completely blank.
After explaining, the doctor went out. Silence . . . . . Mom looked at me with a pitiful look and I looked away. I hate it when she does that. She held my hand tight and I felt something sting my heart.
It's been two days already and I have recovered a little. I can manage to walk on my own now. Since I have a very weak body, even a simple thing called walking has been very hard for me. I get tired easily and I faint often.
*knocks on the door*
"Sweetie. I brought you something." He gave me a pack of cotton candy.
"Ow, thanks." I fake a smile and starts eating it. I frowned a little. Damn. It tastes awful. I felt like throwing up.
"You don't like it ? I thought it's your favourite. Want me to buy you something else ?" He asked worriedly.
"No mom. It’s. . . Ok. Taste great ! I love it." I said convincingly.
"Sachihiko Otonashi, in my sixteen years of being your mother do you think you can lie to me ?" Mom said in her famous strict tone. I was close to tear now.
