Advice to Myself

Take a death breath,
And restart at the top.
Let your wings become free!
Ears, start listening, don't stop.

For my advice is gold
Oh, if you don't believe me
Really, the truth isn't so hard to hold.

Me and you are the same
You flipping are free from the chain
See the moon clearing a path for us but
Every pain will stay, like the rain.
Let rain clear and sharpen your sight.
Fly past the trees, take flight.

That. Sounded. Confusing. I know that peeps are supposed to figure out a meaning for themselves (or whatever) , but I'm explaining...whether you like it or not. I usually don't  write poems like this...the structure and confusingness. Otherwise, it's the same style.

First part easy enough. Right?

Second, basically I can't the truth sometimes so I'll just ignore it.
:P
But that just makes it more painful...I guess?

Third, I feel trapped, but I'm not. The moon is the light, the hope, casting a path away from the dark, the despair. The reason I feel trapped is because of the pain. The rain is the tears coming out of my eyes. I need to wipe them away so I can see and fly freely.

Something like that...yeah
(If I was graded on my um...analyzing the poem, I would definitely feel worried for my grade. Anywho, sup? I know, I know, it doesn't appear like I've been on Wattpad much recently...it's true...anyways gtg.)
