I felt my face turning red. Stupid emotions. As I turned my head to the right, I felt an electrifying feeling on my chin, as Michael's finger turned my face, I shifted my eyes away. Afraid to look into his eyes, "Stop it Maria, your falling for him" I thought. "See tomorrow night, wear something nice" he whispered in my ear.

That wasn't even the craziest thing, before I could say anything he kissed my cheek, making my face red from the sudden touch, feeling something other than anger, seeing he left the office with a smirk on his face. "O-M-G" I thought. I got back into reality and continued my work.

After a long day at work, I've decided to just go home. Before I could leave the office my phone started ringing. "Hello Ms. Santiago speaking" "Girl its me, you know you don't have to act all formal with me" Megan said while laughing. "What do you want Megan, I wanna leave this office before I'm 40" I said with a sarcastic smile.

"How would you feel if we both went dancing tonight" before I could even reply she said "Now I know what your thinking, its the middle of the week and not to mention men are pigs, but you need to get out more. Meet new people so come on. PLEASE?" she asked.

"Ok I'll go with you just this once, but if I feel the slightest bit uncomfortable I will leave. Understood" "Yes yes yes yes, I'll come in 20" she said. I hung up and finally decided to go home.
