(y/n) sat in the small hall way that lead to the gym with Mr.Clark collecting tickets to the snow ball. Nancy was in the gym maning the snack booth and johnathan took pictures. "You look great.hey! You looks great now to in there with confidence the lady lady's will love you." Steve sat in his car looking at Dustin trying to give him some more confidence. Dustin smiled and got out of the car and walked into the dance. Steve looked into the Windows and saw (y/n) smiling and taking other kids tickest. He smiled and drove away. "Hey Dustin you look amazing." "As do you my lady the jakets a nice touch." he pointed at Steve's jacket that she wore over her dress. "Thanks have fun." he walked into the dance with a smile. Mr.Clark smiled at her. "Why dont you go have fun.I'll handle this." "Are you sure?" he nodded and she got up and enterd the dance. Everyone was slow dancing except for Mike at this point. Will was with some girl. Lucase and max where dancing And Dustin was with Nancy. "May I have this dance?"she held her hand out to mike.he smiled and gladly excepted."is that Steve's jacket?" "Yea..." Mike rolled his eyes and smiled. "You two are so in love." "Shut up we are not!" They both laughed but something ended up catching Mike's eyes.she looked in his line of vison and saw eleven dressed up nicely clearly looking for Mike.She smiled and pushed him twords her "go get her tiger!" He walked over to her and they soon disappered into the crowd. "You great in that." (y/n) turned and saw none other than Steve Harrington behind her a bit shyly. "In the jacket I mean...dresses aren't your style." "Yea well your not one for red sweaters." She smiled. "Do you wanna dance?" "Yea of course" They both danced silently for a while not to close to eachother. "Max told me how freacked you got when those vines got me..." He chuckled. "Yea well I wasn't about to save your ass from more monsters so I had to get you outta there." "Mhm sure...I think it's sweet." Steve looked down and her. "Come on what is this Are we strangers." he pulled (y/n) closer to him. He stared into her eyes accidentally.then he slowly leaned down and kissed her.she stood on her top toes and wrapped her arms around his neck deepening the kids. He pulled away and glanced at his side where Mike was smirking at them. "I told you!" (y/n) blushed and giggled into his chest. "Your not to bad (y/n)" "Your not bad yourself Harrington."
