"N-nn.. where am I?" Naruto ask confusedly why he's in the hospital. As he thought no one is going to answer and thought that no one is in the room he deiced to get out of the bed he's currently in, suddenly– "You shouldn't get up yet, Naruto."

"S– Sai?! What? Why are you here? Wait, now that I think about it.. why am I here?! " Sai answered him back, "I guess you don't remember do you? You fainted as I was walking back home."
"Why... why did I? Faint..?" The forever confused Naruto will ask for more answers. Then a nurse came in and saw that Naruto is awake and says to him,

"Aa, Mr. Uzumaki your awake. Congrats on getting pregnant!" She smile happily.

'Eh.. I'm? Pregnant..?' Naruto thought; shocked but doesn't shows it on his face.

"Do you want me to contact your family for you?" She ask kindly.

"Er... n-no thanks.." Naruto reply.
"E-excuse me.. but I think imma go home now." Naruto tried to stand but weakly fail and almost fall, luckily Sai caught Naruto and help him stand.

"Thank you.. Sai." Naruto blushed a little there.

"Heh, your welcome." Sai smiled. He smile with a real and not fake one.

'Why did I blushed when Sai caught me!!' >~< Naruto thought.

Naruto sighed, "Excuse, umm.. Ms?"

"The name is Shizune. Do you need something?" She said, not looking at Naruto;

"Uh.. I guess I would like you to contact my family members.." Naruto says.

"Sure!" Shizune started to dial the phone number of the Uzumaki.

「Calling The Uzumaki(s) House Hold」

"Hello?" -Kushina

"Hello. Is this the Uzumaki house hold?" -Shizune

"Ah, yes this is. Do you need something Ms?" -Kushina

"I'm Shizune and I would like to announce to you that your son, Uzumaki Naruto is pregnant! Congratulation!" -Shizune

"M-my son is pregnant? B-by who?" Kushina said; she didn't notice that Surah was behind her as she said that out loud.

'No, he... he got Naruto-niichan pregnant... what do I do now?' Surah thought. 'No! It's not true! Naruto-niichan is not.. not,' Tears ran down Surah's eyes.
'Naruto-niichan is not pregnant! *Hiccups* he is n-not!' Surah ran up outside of the door, slamming it shut.

Kushina heard the slamming. Minato came in and ask Kushina why Surah was running out crying. Kushina have no idea why, but! Tears started to from on Kushina's eyes as she tell Minato about what happen and who got Naruto pregnant. (Bleh, I suck at this & I know it)
