chapter 8: Please give me a chance

Nash's pov:

I can't believe what hayes did just now, i'm so glad that he finally changed!

The old hayes is back !

*phone rings*

Mom: hey hunny! I'll be coming home late tonight ,i'm with sarah right now oh and please do let chloe know that she'll be staying at our place for one night because we will be coming home late.

Nash: heyy mum! Owh alright then, I'll let her know, bye mum

I put down my phone and look at Chloe.

"We better take her home with us." i tell them

Hayes nodded while still looking sad

"You guys go ahead, i gotta go to class, i'll tell the teacher that you guys have an emergency." Lauren said.

"Okay, thanks L." hayes said.

I pick up Chloe bridal style and went straight to my car.

Hayes's pov:

They both smiled at me so i slightly smile back at them.

Nash got a phone call and i guess its probably mum.

While he's talking on the phone, i look down to see Chloe's head resting on Nash's knee , she looks horrible

i can't believe what have i done to her all this time, what happened to me?

Looking at her make me want to hate myself even more , I should have listened to Nash when he was warning me about Jordan!

*sighs*

"We better take her home with us" Nash said.

I nodded.

"You guys go ahead, i gotta go to class. I'll tell the teacher that you guys had an emergancy." Lauren said.

"Thanks L." I thanked her .

She smiled and went straight to class

Nash picks Chloe up carrying her in bridal style and walked to his car.

Chloe's pov:

I woke up feeling dizzy, my vision was really blurry.

I tried to get up but i somehow can't

It took like a minute or two for me to finally see clearly. I then noticed and realised that im not at school, or in my bedroom but in Nash's room.

Uhh what am I doing here? How did I get here?

I did a messy bun and then heard a knock on the door.

A tall figure walked in and it was Hayes

I quickly stand up looking straight at him in the eye scared.

"Look, can we talk?" Hayes asks.

"Go ahead." i tell him while shivering.

I took a step back.

He takes a deep breath

"Look Clo, im really sorry for what i did to you all this time." Hayes tell

"Clo, you just called me Clo."

"Of course i did, it was your nickname after all." He smiles slightly
