The Next Morning

I wake up to my alarm going off. I grab my phone and turn it on. It was so bright it hurt my eyes. I looked at it and I had a few text. One was from Luke, one from Elijah, and one from Violet. I decided to open the text from Luke.

Luke: Hey Lilly, I hope this is the right number. If it is then I just wanted to say, I had fun at the party with you last night, and that you looked cute.

Lilly: Hey Luke, this is the right number and I had fun too. Oh and thank you.

Luke: Oh I hope I didn't wake you up.

Lilly: No you didn't, But good morning.

Luke: Good morning to you too.
I closed the text and looked at violets text.

Violet: Hey, Lilly
I closed that text too. Violet is so crazy and she is probably is asleep. so I didn't text back. I didn't want to wake her up. I open the text from Elijah.

Elijah: Hey, Baby What'cha doing.

Lilly: Elijah, your a nice guy and cute but hell no, I am not your baby, and probably never will be and that's fine with me.
I closed that text. I was so angry. I decided to go get ready. I put on my uniform, then went down stairs. I fixed some breakfast and ate. After I ate I went outside and sat on the swing hanging from a tree. I opened my phone there was nothing there, just my wall paper. Just then someone called my name.

"Lilly!" I looked up and saw Luke walking towards me. Hello butterflies! He comes and sits next to me.

"Hi, Luke." I said

"What's wrong." Its like he can see into my mind.

"N...Nothing." I was lying so much.

"Lilly, your lying."

"No I...I'm not."

"Lilly, I know you stutter when you lie. Know what's going on." He's literally known me for like a day and he knows I stutter when I lie.

"How would you know. You have known me for like a day."

"Actually I was looking at some photos that Travis had." he pulls out a few photos, "There's me," he points to the little boy in the picture wearing a striped shirt and jeans. "And, that's you." He points to the little girl in the picture with a light green dress on. I felt like I had seen this picture before.

"Are you serious, if you are why didn't we remember each other."

"It was taken when I was in second grade and you were in first grade, and I guess we just haven't seen each other. But, what I want to know right know is what's wrong."

I lower my head and show him the text that Elijah sent. They weren't a big deal but it bothered me that I knew this person for one day and he decides to call me baby with put even asking me.

"Just ignore him."

"But I have to sit next to him in werewolf class."

"Its ok I'll see if Savanah will switch with you so you can sit by me."

"Thanks Luke, but one question why were you walking past my house?"

"Oh my house is right down the street and I was walking to school."

"This early?"

"Yeah, do you want to walk with me?"

"Sure, but I have to call Aaron and tell him he doesn't need to take me." I call Aaron and tell him he doesn't care. Then Luke and I start walking to school. Just talking about are lives.
