I woke up. I had a text from Hudson.
Hudson💯💛: Hey Lil I need to ask you something.
Lilianna: OK I'm coming over.

I walked to his house. He was standing outside. "Hey," I said, "What do you want to ask me?"

"Okay, but you have to promise me if you say no we will still be friends."

"I promise."

"Will... You...go out with me?"

I was shocked. He's one of my best friends. I thought for a bit before answering. "Sorry but, I don't like you like that."

"It's okay, want to walk to school?"

"Can Luke come? I told him I would walk with him."

"Sure." We went and got Luke then walked to school. I told Luke what happened. And the whole day Hudson wouldn't really talk to me. I tried but he wouldn't talk. After school I went to talk to him but nothing. I was sad. I went home but I didn't walk with Luke. I didn't walk with anyone. I felt bad. I went and sat on my swing outside. A boy was walking down the street. I didn't know who he was. He saw me and walked over.

"Why do you look so sad," he asked while he was sitting down.

"There's n...no reason." Oh cap I stuttered.

"Yes there is, I can tell when people are lying. Now what's wrong."

"Okay, my friend who I have known for a while asked me out. I said no, and he has avoided me all day."

"That's nothing to be sad about it will probably blow over in a few days."

"I know. Hey what's your name."

"Tyler, I just moved here my cousin use to live around here."

"Cool, my names Lilianna." Then I got a text from Luke.

Lilianna: Hey Luke

"Is that the boy?" Tyler asked.

"No, that's my friend Luke."

"Oh ok, well I have to go. Bye."

"Bye." Luke text back after he walked away.
❤Luke❤: what to come over and watch a movie if your not doing anything. Everyone of our friends are coming.
Lilianna:Sure. I'll be there in a few minutes.

I ran up stairs to my room and got changed. I put on jean shorts, a blue shirt, and my white converse. After I got ready I ran to Luke's house. I knocked on the door. Knock knock knock. Michael answered the door. "Oh hey Lilly, come in."
