CHAPTER 7⃣

Jaz POV

I slowly opened my eyes only to close them from the bright light above my head. "Where am I." Was all I managed to groan out before bookoo got all in my face.

"Are you OK?" One asked. "What the fuck happened to you?" Another one asked. "You got a lot of fucking explaining to do." Someone said. When I fully opened my eyes I saw King, Lo, Trell, and Royal all standing over me.

I tried to sit up but failed miserably. "Where is Major?" I asked looking around.
"Right here princess." He said pushing everyone out of the way. "Are you OK do you need anything?" He asked in a concerned voice. "Can someone get me dome water my throat is kinda dry." When I asked for the Major helped me sit up while King poured some water in a cup. "Thank you." As I drank I realized everyone was in different clothes. "How long was I asleep?" I asked. "Just a day we just took turns leaving to go change cloaths." Royal said.

"I got you some clothes to put on for when I have to take you home." Major said. "Thank you. When can I leave?" When I aksed that the doctor walked in. "You can leave tomorrow we just wanted to warn you about your heart conditions you have to be really careful and take your medicine like your supposed to." The doctor said. When she said that I instantly got embarrassed. "What heart condition?" King asked. "I have a weak heart from when I got shot and I'm still waiting on a new one but its not that bad, I'm gonna be alright if I take my meds like I'm supposed to." I explained to them. "Well why haven't you been taking them how your supposed to?" Major asked. "Because I haven't had the money to get a refill and my foster parents won't get it, and cause I'm underaged." When I said that Major seemed to get really angry and I got kinda scared. "You mean to tell me that you could have died cause they wanna get high off the money you need to get medicine!!!" He yelled. I nervously nodded my head. And he looked at the woman trying to calm down. "Where can I get her medicine?" Major asked. "You can go down stares and ask for it bit your gonna need some things I'll walk to the desk." When they walked out Royal was looking like he had something on his mind so I motioned for him to come here. "What's wrong you look bothered."

"Nothing just thinking how you lived like this for so long yet your not bitter or mean to anyone." He said. "I mean there's no need to be mean to people about something they cant control." I said looking up at him. "So do you like Major?" He asked me making me blush like crazy. "I mean I guess he's cute but he'll never date me cause I'm underage and he could go to jail." I said shyly. "I think he likes you back cause he wouldn't do this for just anyone." King said. "For real he a real cold hearted person when he not around you." Royal said. "I mean I think he probably pittys her." Trell said. Lo hit him upside the head and pulled him out the room. After Trell and Lo left the room i sat and thought about what Trell said.

Maybe he does pitty me, maybe he doesn't even really like me. Instead of dwelling on the situation i just closed my eyes and went back to sleep.

Majior POV

After i picked up the medicine i went back up to the room. When i walked in Jaz was sleep so i put the medicine down and and told Royal and King to follow me out the room. "So what are you gonna do about her foster parents?" Royal asked me. "I really dont know i just know that i want them dead." I said with anger laced through my voice. "Shouldn't we see what Jaz wants to do wit them?" King asked. "Yea we should see what she wants to do cause at the end of the day she went through the abuse so she should choose their fate." Royal said.

"Yea yall right i guess I'll ask her when she wake up." I said. "Oh and by the way she said she likes you but she thinks you dont like her like that." Royal said. I looked at him confused because i didnt know what the hell he was talking about. "What are you talking about?" I asled him.

"He asked jer if she liked you and she said yea, but she doesnt think you like her back. Then Royal said you do but Trell said you just pitty her." King said. I really was at loss of words. "So she likes me?" I asked. Then out of nowhere i started smiling. "I knew she liked me." I said.

After we finishee talking we walked back into the room where Jaz was watching Teen Titans Go. "Ooooh this my shit!!!" King shouted running over to her bed and laying down with her. "Nigga get the fuck up how you know she want you that close to her." Royal said. "Who wouldnt want me this close to them i mean look at all this sexyness." Royal said. We all bust out laughing at that fool. When it got quiet Jaz cleared her throat. "So when can i leave cause i really hate it here it stinks the food is horrible and this cover feels like a sheet. Like what knid of air is this shit keeping out." She said rolling her eyes. She looks so cute when shes complaining. I thought to myself.

The doctor walked in and behing her was Trell and Lo. "So from the look of thing it looks like you can go home tomorrow as long as you can keep up with the medicine and take it on time." She said. "Oh trust me she will isn't that right young lady." King said poking out his chest. She just looked at him and rolled her eyes. "Thank you doctor and trust me she will take her medicine as it is scheduled." I said smileing at her. She smiled back and wlked out of the room.

"So i think its about time for us to get home we'll see you guys at school tomorrow Jaz we'll be here before you leave." Lo said. "How are you guys getting home?" Jaz asked. "We called a uber their already outside. See you tomorrow bye." Trell said on his way out. Once they left i got up to leave. "Where are you going?" Jaz asked. "To smoke. Hospitals make my nerves bad." I sad before i waled out.

Jaz POV

When Major walked out Royal came and sat next to me where Major was sitting. "So what you wanna do tomorrow when you get out?" King asked with his head on my chest. "I wanna get high." I said. They both looked at me shocked before the bust out laughing. "I knew it was a reason i liked you." Royal said dapping me up.

10 minutes later

We where all falling asleep when Major walked in the room with food, 3 big blankets, and a duffle bag. "Whats in the bag?" King asked. "Snacks and clothes." He said before spreading a blanket over me and King. "Guess we having a movie night in the hospital." Roayl said. With that we all watched movies, and ate snacks till we fell asleep.
