Y/n's Pov

Dimitri walks up to us ''Good you guys are here.'' He abruptly turned around signaling us to follow him. As we were following him he continued talking ''You must have noticed the bodies outside. Vampires came and attacked humans that were out and about. We think they did this in broad daylight so it would take us longer to stop them. It kinda worked we tried to pull them into alleys and abandoned places to fight them - away from the humans. But it was taking too long and they were killing more so we gave up and just attacked them. After we wiped the memories of the surviving humans.''

''They just woke up to dead family members and friends,'' Normani said as she turned to us.

Dimitri nodded ''Only gives us more reasons to end this.'' He leads us to a large room, filled with other east coast packs, there was at least one pack for every state. In New York, there was 4 but we got along and didn't see each other much.

We sat down as Dimitri kept walking to the front center of the room.

''You are all called here for an emergency. There have been two major vampire lairs that have been found. We have a tip that they are responsible for starting the war and recruiting more and more vampires to join. There's one right here, in Atlanta. The other in Nevada. The west coast in handling that one. We are going to be stationing packs around Georgia but our main focus will be Atlanta, we just have to make sure if they try to flee they'll run into a pack and we can surround them.''

After his instructions and random ass lady comes up and starts calling packs and tells them their position.

I wanted to slam my head on a desk.

As if Dimitri was an angel sent from the Moon Goddess, he steps in front of the lady cutting her off ''Grey Shadow pack, you have a special location meet me after the meeting.'' He said staring straight at me. Everyone in the room stopped to look at us, wondering who we were and why we got a special location.

My jaw was dropped for two reasons

One - he used our old pack name

and

Two - People looking at me makes me feel weird

I turned to look at my pack to see Normani with a smirk, Dinah her jaw also dropped, and everyone either had a blank face or was trying not to smile.

''Well damn'' Amber said as she leaned back in her chair putting her hands behind her head ''We da shit.''

Fane and I looked at each other before opening our mouths to scream but Camila and Mya covered them.

''No no you will not make a scene here,'' Camila said with the straightest face. Fane bit Mya's fingers. I just gave Camila a deadpan look before licking her hand, which she quickly took away. I quickly kissed her before I and Fane yelled ''WE DA SHITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!'' and ran off.

Our pack laughed and ran after us, while the other packs watched as if we were animals

We waited in the lobby and just occupied ourselves until the meeting was over. Camila and Normani got hungry and went to vending machines where they basically bought everything in there except for the healthy bullshit.

They came back and shared some of their snacks with us. As I was eating Hot Cheetos Dimitri came out the room with a smile on his face as he shook his head.

''You guys really are something'' he said looking at us. I looked around to see Camila and Normani sitting on the ground sharing their snacks together, they had a big pile on top of Camila's coat on the floor in between them. Funny how she'll sacrifice a coat for food. Lauren and Dinah were laying on me munching on some snacks while Ally was chillin with Natie and Qariah talking about random things. Jax somehow managed to fall asleep on Solaria and Fane. Mya and Reem was play fighting, and Amber and Aria was just chillin while checking out werewolf girls as usual.

I patted the seat next to me and Dimitri sat down.

''So where's our location gonna be?''

Dimitri looked at me and smiled ''You're gonna be with my pack at the location of the vampire lair.'' when he saw my face he continued ''Now I know it's a pretty big job but I know you guys can handle it, you guys can kick serious ass out in the field and you have one of the most diverse packs in America right now giving you an even bigger advantage. Plus your my best friend and I wouldn't trust anyone else to have my back but your pack.'' He tried to hug me ass best as he could with Lauren on his side. Lauren just stayed chillin squished in the middle of me and Dimitri.

He let go and patted my shoulder and said ''When you guys are finished come find me.'' before walking off.

Once everyone finished doing what we were doing we went to a lady who seemed pretty high up and asked her where Dimitri was. After a like ten minute argument on how I'm his best friend and wouldn't use the knowledge of his location to hurt him, she finally took that stick out her ass and told us where he was.

We couldn't find the room for like five minutes until Lauren realized a section of the wall looked like a door and found an opening. When we walked inside it was a weapon room, the walls were full of guns, swords, knives, daggers and more. Dimitri was sitting with his pack chilling.

When he saw us he stood up, clapped his hands and said ''Let's do this''
