🌸Chapter 4🌸

*Takes place Friday night when the boys were having their sleepover.

Pain. That's all Mikasa felt. Pain in her love life, pain in her throat, pain in her lungs. Pain is a horrible thing, physical and emotional.

She threw up once again, still flowers. Mikasa was relieved. Oh, how she wished Eren was hers, how she wished he loved her back so he could end all the pain. All the pain he caused.

Hours went by, she decided she will confess tomorrow. Hopefully he will except her request, and everything will be back to normal. She vomited once again- flowers- and flower buds.

Mikasa decided to go to sleep, try to get her mind off everything. About 2:00 in the morning, she awoken. She felt really queasy this time, her throat was very raspy and raw, and her chest- oh her chest was hurting so much; it was the worst she had ever been.

She rushed to the toilet and out came, nothing. The thing was- now she couldn't breathe, now she was weak. Now she was using all her strength to rush to the phone, once she reached it, she called Christa.

"Miikkaassaa, it's 2 in the morning what do you want" Christa yawned. "h-help" her raspy voice answered, she sounded of an old person that lost their voice and was slowly gaining it back.

"Mikasa? MIKASA?" Christa yelled, it was very obvious she was worried. "c-call ambulance".

Christa hung up right away and called them; while informing them what happened. Christa was also on her way to Mikasa's house, hoping to see her alright.

Once she arrived, there were sirens of the ambulance going on, and a few police
officers at the scene. Her car door was slammed, as she rushed up to the scene before her eyes.

"Hello!? I'm her friend; t-the one who called" Christa said to the cops. "Good! Please tell us everything you know." The tall buff police officer said. Christa explained how she gained it a while ago, and all the other details.

"Thank you!" He said, getting back in his car. By the time Christa looked back, the ambulance was already gone; she was too distracted talking, she didn't notice.

Christa got back in her car, and drove; once again to the hospital. Once she arrived there she ran up to the lady at the front desk.

"Hello, good morning ma'm how may I help you?" The lady at the front desk said. "Oh uh, Mikasa Ackerman, she just arrived here."
"Please stay in the waiting room, when she is done they'll tell you the results." Christa nodded

Christa called Mikasa's family while she waited for the results. Finally at 5:00 am Christa was falling asleep until she heard "Christa Lenz?" Her eyes shot right open. "The results are ready."

The boys were upstairs eating the breakfast Marco's parents made. "Guys I made my decision, I'm going to break up with Annie and ask out Mikasa" the guys cheered.

Eren glanced at his phone; he was going to text Mikasa to meet him at the park.

5 missed calls from Christa
5:20 am

Christa? We hardly talk. Why would she want to talk to me. Eren the called Christa, she immediately answered.

"What do you need?" Eren asked
"Mikasa is in the hospital"
"I'm on my way"

"Who was that?" Jean asked.
"Guys I have to go, Mikasa is in the hospital" Eren said packing all of his things and changing as fast as she could. "What? Why is she in the hospital?" One of them asked. "I don't know, bye guys thanks Marco for everything!" Eren yelled running out the downstairs door.

Eren ran through the streets not caring that he knocked down some strangers while on the way. He ran through the road and cars immediately swerved while most of them honked.

Marco didn't live that far from the hospital, so it was kind of a short run. Soon enough, he was already in front of the hospital. Eren ran inside greeted by the same lady that greeted Christa earlier.

"Good morning, how m-" the lady was cut off by him saying "Mikasa Ackerman". "Um, I suggest that you talk to that young lady over there that brought her in" the lady pointed to a sobbing Christa.

Eren approached Christa. "What happened?" Eren asked, all Christa did was hand him a note.
