Chapter 8

My history teacher was taking for EVER, to get finished with our project instructions. I was getting bored.

"Sir my I go use the bathroom?"

My teacher lowered his glasses to the tip of his nose and gave me a good look.

"Make it quick."

I nodded and mumbled a 'thank God' under my breath.

I walked down the hall way, when I heard a girl giggle. curiosity got the best of me and I went to see who it was.

I froze and my eyes widened.

It was Mark and the schools skank, Renee, her back against the lockers and his lips firmly placed on her neck.

An involuntary gasp escaped my lips which caused Mark to turn around.

"Jessica! it's not what it looks like!"

By now I was starting to tear up," what Mark, you're tellin' me that you all over that walkin' STD ain't what I saw?!"

"I.... We just... please give me another chance?"

"No I can't this is too much, we've been together for what since Friday and you're already cheating on me!"

"Jessica please."

He took a step towards me and I stepped back.

"Don't call me, don't talk to me, and don't even look at me!"

With that I stormed off and went back to class. I didn't care if I had puffy red eyes I was too mad to care. I trusted him I never trust people and he just threw it on the ground and ran it over with a truck!

This day can't get any worst, but then I remembered I have to meet my stalker tonight.

But who knows maybe he'll be cute and I'll like him?

What am i kidding that stuff only happens in movies. For all i know he could be a creepy 40 man.

I guess i'll find out tonight.

Mark never tried to talk to me again the rest of the day. He wasnt in gym so i guess he went home.

"Hey jess! where's Mark at?"

I turned to see Maggie and Alexis walking over.

"I don't know..."

"Jess whats wrong?"

" He cheated on me with Renee today, i saw them in the hallways."

I started to tear up.

"Aww girly im so sorry, hes a jerk anyways."

"Ha ha thanks Alexis."

"No prob Rob, wanna go out with us tonight?"

"Um thanks guys but i actually have plans."

"Oh with who?"

"Um some guy i had met at the movies but i was with mark at the time now im not and im gonna hang out with him.."

Maggie looked a little suspicious but said okay. The rest of the say went terribly slow but i made it.

I got home and took a nap. when i woke up i changed into my favorite jeans with a little tear in it and a saltamour shirt.

I added some make up and headed out the door.

Here goes nothing...
