Rhea woke up in an unfamiliar setting, she tried to get up but an arm was stopping her from moving. Turning in the stranger's arms she notices the guy waking up, opening his eyes slowly.
She recognised this stranger, she smiled up and him as he smiled down at her.
"Hey, Princess!" Sweet Pea gushed, the morning voice sounded so soothing and pleasant to the ears.
"Hey, Sweet Pea!" She blushed gazing into his eyes, for a moment she felt everything stop at a standstill. She quickly snapped out of it and moved away from his grip.
"You fancy doing something today, just you and me?" His suggested with a cheeky grin on his face.
"What about school?" She answered also with a cheeky grin, the pair was so alike it was scary.
"What about it Princess?" He winked at her getting up grabbing her hand, pulling her up, Rhea just met her match and she loved everything second of it.
The two were eager to go on a little adventure even if they weren't going far, the reckless pair headed towards Pop's she couldn't resist the creamy, thick goodness, she hadn't been there since her and her siblings arrived in this town. Entering a booth they sat opposite both ordering vanilla milkshakes and some fries to share.
"No bullshit why did you guys move to the Southside?" Pea looked at her raising his brows while grabbing a handle of fries, shoving them in his mouth.
"I knew one of you guys would ask us that, well my dad was handling some business and he wouldn't let us in on it apart from Eli, who's definitely his fave. Anyways he wanted us to have a fresh start here, at least until we all graduated." She sighed glancing down.
"So you don't think it's strange that he wanted you guys to move to Riverdale, let alone the Southside and suddenly, you're getting friendly with all of us." Sweet Pea glares Rhea's way learning back into his seat.
"Are you trying to say that you think we're using you guys, Sweet Pea I'm sorry but that's not the case at all, I'm quite hurt actually that you'd think we're capable of something like that." Rheas eyes started to gloss but she forced herself not to cry.
"That's exactly what I'm saying, Rhea, if that's even your real name. I know your type daddy's little girl, always will do anything for her daddy, daddy always spoils his little baby girl. So it wouldn't surprise me if he got you to use us so you can spy on the Ghoulies." He continues to grill me accusing me and my family.
"I'm far from a daddy's girl you arsehole, you don't know me or my family, you know nothing. If you want to know the truth, my dad, my own FUCKING father committed a crime and my mum got the blame for it, I haven't seen her for 16 YEARS, I hate my father I hate him with a burning passion. He's the reason she's locked away."
At this point Rhea was crying, tears streaming down her delicate face, so heartbroken. "So no I don't do any favours for that mother fucker I call my father because he doesn't deserve it." Rheas spat out every word with venom, you could hear the aggression in her voice."Rhe...I'm sorry...I did...I didn't know." Sweet Peas face softened hearing her heartbreaking story, he was wrong to accuse her but, he just had to make sure. He doesn't let a lot of people into his circle, especially newbies. He moves over to her side and comforts her she hits his chest with her fists, he catches them and brings her in closer holding her.
Eventually, she calms down and Pea wipes her tears with his flannel. They quickly finish there now, less creamy milkshakes left some money the counter for Pop, turned and left the dinner arm in arm.
