I walk into Derek's new hideout an abandoned railroad depot. I am dressed in a black Cute But Psycho short sleeve T-shirt, black low waisted skinny jeans, a black slouchy cable knit beanie, Taupe Ankle High Chunky Block Heel Combat Booties, a Denim jacket in dark wash and my usual jewelry. Derek looks up as I enter and grins. He rushes over to me and pulls me into his arms and kisses me.
"I've missed you," He says
"It hasn't been that long Der" I point out
"So? I still can miss you"
"True," I say as Derek goes to kiss me again.
Suddenly we hear yelling, which breaks us apart.
"Derek? Derek!" Isaac's voice calls, he soon enters the railroad car Derek and I are in. Yeah Derek bit someone else, his name is Isaac and his father is an abusive asshole.
"What's wrong?" Derek asks him
"My dad. I think he's dead." Isaac replies
"What did you do?" Derek ask
"That's the thing. It wasn't me." Isaac tells him.
"Tell me everything Isaac," Derek says
Isaac sits down and looks at me in question. I smile.
"Danika Caine, but you can call me Dani, I'm known as the Yellow-eyed Alpha and I am Derek's girlfriend/mate," I say and stretch my hand out for him to shake and Derek growls, I give him a 'shut up' look and he does. Isaac and I quickly shake hands before Derek can get territorial again. Derek then grabs my hand and kisses my palm and intertwines our fingers.
Isaac then tells us about the fight he and his father got into, he told his dad during dinner his grades and said he had a 'D' in Chemistry and his dad threw a glass cup at him, resulting in Isaac getting cut and healing in front of his father. Isaac panicked and ran out, which lead to his dad coming after him and in the end somehow getting killed.
"Alright, here 's what I need you to do Isaac, go home, go to school act normal ok, we'll figure this out," Derek tells him, Isaac nods and leaves.
Just then I get a call from Rachel. I walk out of the cart and answer it. Basically, it was a screaming match. I hang up and growl before walking out of the depot. Rain is still pouring down. I remove my beanie before looking back at the depot a moment and turn and start to walk away.

Once I reach home, I sit on the sidewalk a moment and start to cry, how could Rachel blame me for everything? I'm trying to keep them safe, sure I failed once but how can I help them when she won't even say where they are?
