15• I Do?

The plane ride was a breeze, and I was enjoying the never ending perks of being in first class. Right as we walked out of the airport the Cali heat hit us, and I instantly regretted jeans.

" It is hot out here"

" Tell me about it, I need to change, this is not working" I informed Aaron.

" I think you look really nice" he declared as he checked me out.

" I won't if I keep on sweating"

" You've literally been out here for 2 minutes"

" It's hot!"

" Fine, you can change when we get to the hotel"

" I never asked for your permission nor do I need it"

" Feisty" he smirked before a cab came to a stop into the of us.
     The cab ride wasn't too long, but my butt starts to hurt from all this sitting and I started to sweat in my seat.
We arrived at the fancy hotel which I didn't take time to appreciate since I was so sweaty.
My room apparently adjoined with Aaron's which he claimed was by an accident. I knew better though.

I changed into a simple dress that was kind showy but I was dying in this heat.

" Are you ready?!" Aaron asked as he stood outside my door. I put my hair in a messy bun as I walked towards the door.

" Wow, you look...."

" Is it too much?" I asked in a bit of distress.

" No it's....perfect"

" Sweet" I sighed with relief when I noticed Aaron couldn't stop staring at me.

" Aaron...Aaron"

" What?"

" What? I thought we were late!"

" Right, let's go"

   I don't even know why he was stressing about the time. We were literally 5 minutes away. We arrived at this fancy which for whatever reason had a large outdoor section. It's like I was never going to get out of this heat.

" We're here with Mr. Hemsworth"

" Ah, he's been expecting you. Follow me" the hostess declared as he started to lead us out of the restaurant and towards the outside. I noticed many people outside but one seemed to catch my eye. He was a broad man in a polished suit.

" Mr. Hemsworth, this is Mr. Taylor and his associate Ms. Ortega" the server said before he took his leave. He was a tall muscular man with nice brown hair and a slight beard. I don't know what it is but there was a whole bunch of good looking men crossing paths on my life right now.

" Nice to meet you" Aaron said as he held out his hand.

" What's your name?" The man asked, ignoring Aaron with a focused expression.

" Me?"

" Yes, love" he said with a hint of an Australian accent.

"Toni" I answered hesitantly.

" Toni....what a lovely name"

" Thank..you..."

" Can we get down to business?" Aaron questioned irritably.

" Well aren't you just killing the mood"

" He's my boss, that's what he's meant to do" I joked as he and I laughed.

" Very funny, but I came her to talk business not joke around"

" Of course, would hate to waste your valuable time." He said as he sat down at the empty table. Aaron and I sat down across from him.

    Aaron started talking connections and all this boring business stuff when I noticed Mr. Hemsworth staring at me. I tried to act like I didn't notice but it was really hard not to.

" You look awfully familiar" he finally said.

" I do?"

" Very"

" It could be her looks, she is quite attractive"

" What?"

" I find her quite attractive as well, but that's not why" Mr. Hemsworth explained.

" So were you not paying attention to anything I said?" Aaron challenged.

" Perhaps we've met at an event"

" I don't think so"

" interesting"

" So are you gonna help us or not?" Aaron asked in an irritable manner.

" Get back to me tomorrow, but send Toni"

" What about me?"

"What about you? Order anything you want and I'll pay. Have a nice day" Mr. Hemsworth said before he left.
