I've never been one to not want to go out and eat, but I was tired. We finished rummaging through the entire first floor and started the second floor. At this point, I'm tempted to sell the rest because It is too damn much.
" So, apparently Beck and Peter are having dinner at her place" I announced.
" In what way?" Paul asked.
" I didn't ask— I'm not really the kiss and tell type"
"Well at least they're happy" Paul commented quickly before he began packing again.
" So, what's up with dinner?" Gordon asked as he crept up to the door.
It seems like he finished his rounds, not like there's much ground to cover anyways.
" You've literally been wearing that same black leather jacket for days"
" It's my favorite jacket"
" Sure"
" Dinner?" Anthony questioned in an attempt to change the subject.
" We could try my parents or my sister"
" Which one would be less of a hassle?" Mack asked.
" Neither"
" Great" Mack sighed before he picked up a box full of knickknacks and transported it out of the crowded room.
" I'll just call Charlie"
" Or I can already be here" Charlie declared as he walked into the room.
" Charlie!" I called out as I jumped up and hugged him.
" Looks like somebody missed me"
" I did, so what are you doing here?"
" I'm here to see if you can babysit"
" When?"
" On Monday"
" Sure thing"
" She misses her auntie"
" I would too if my auntie was as amazing as me" I announced proudly placing my hands on my hips for effect.
" How humble of you?" Charlie stated sarcastically.
" Very, you and Jackie feel like having company over?"
" She might, but I wouldn't"
" Great, we're coming over for dinner"

Charlie was right, she was not happy. She was fuming, which made me laugh a little on the inside, but she didn't kick us out. Honestly, the bachelor stunt she pulled entitles me to a lot in my opinion. So in the end, I won.
We just awkwardly ate in silence, with occasional small talk with Charlie and even Andrea.
" Wow, What a talkative group here?" I pointed out sarcastically.
