After Rhea's audition, in the audition room
“She was good, but I think she stammered a bit!”
“But her voice… It was magical. It was evident that she had put her soul in it!”
“I think we should let her in, she has the passion for music that we need”
“She didn't seem to have the confidence to sing though, I don't think it’ll be worth it!"

After 2 hours of discussion and deliberation the audition panel announced the names of the selected students :
Nikhil Batra
Yashasvi Dhar
Tina Joshi
Yash Grover
Aditya Jain
Priya Saini
(And lastly) Rhea Sharma
“All those who are selected have to report tomorrow at 9:30 for completing the admission formalities.”
Rhea still couldn't believe her ears. She was ecstatic, nervous, shocked, all at the same time. Her head was filled with numerous thoughts - her dreams, about her musical ride she will be beginning, the lies she has told back home to get here, her mother's dream of seeing her as a successful businesswoman - everything flashing before her eyes in that one moment!

“Maa I need to tttell you sssomething important” Rhea said nervously
“Yes dear”
“Actually I dddidn't go to B-Ssschool today. In fact I have not been gggoing there sssince past two days.”
“Then where have you been the whole day? What are you hiding Rhea? Did something happen at the school? Did anybody hurt you? What…”
“Maa.. Maa.. Listen to me first ppplease. Nothing happened at the ssschool! I got admission in the Mmmusical dddreams Academy. I cleared the audition Maa!” Rhea confessed while her mother just stood there without any expression as if still trying to absorb the piece of information she just received.
“YOU WHAT!!”, she asked
Rhea came closer, held her mother's hands in hers, looked her in the eye and calmly said, “I want to learn mmmusic Maa. This is the only dddream I have! But I cannot do it without your sssupport”
“You are not going to any music academy! I don't want my daughter to become a joke” said her mother angrily snapping away her hands.
“ But Maa…”
“I DON'T WANT ANY ARGUMENT RHEA. THIS IS MY FINAL DECISION”
Her mother walked away as Rhea just sat there with tears and hope in her eyes….
